I cannot say enough good things about All Star Plumbing!!! They are amazing! When looking for someone to fix a leaking kitchen faucet I called All Star because of the excellent reviews here on Yelp. I was not disappointed. Lance, who came to fix the faucet, was extremely helpful and professional. I mentioned that I was interested in doing a bathroom remodel and he gave me a quote right then and there. The quote was extremely fair and comprehensive. In a follow-up meeting I also met his associate Mike. I was very impressed by their friendly, positive, 'can do' attitude, as well as the design ideas that they brought to the table. I had been nervous about embarking on this project, but with their help I felt so much more confident and excited about going ahead. I have heard so many horror stories of people's disastrous experiences with contractors. But my story is completely the opposite. Everything worked out perfectly, and I am thrilled with the results. My new bathroom is better than I could have hoped for and I am particularly grateful for the significant contributions that Lance and Mike made to the actual design of the bathroom. And on top of it all, they are really nice, kind people who are great to have around. The same goes for all the associates they had working with them on various stages of the remodel. The professionalism of all involved was of the highest level. The workmanship has been superb. I am very thankful for the thorough attention shown to every detail, and for the way in which they kept the disruption to the rest of the house at an absolute minimum. I don't know how they kept everything so clean and organized given the amount of work and demolition that took place. Crucially, the final costs were exactly in line with what was originally discussed. And whenever I made a design change that would result in small additional costs, this was all carefully explained to me beforehand so I could make that decision with full knowledge and understanding. As a woman living on her own, I know there are charlatans out there looking to take advantage. Not the case here. As I said, I am so excited about how things worked out, and my family and friends are super-impressed by how a once shabby and unappealing bathroom has become something that looks like it belongs in a showroom. For any plumbing job, small or large, All Star Plumbing is definitely the way to go. Next up for me: I will plan a kitchen remodel with All Star Plumbing. This is a review for two different visits. The first, long overdue. One of my biggest fears has always been having a busted pipe under my home's foundation. On August 31, 2017 I thought it had occurred. I didn't know who to call. I checked online and the first place I called quoted $340.00 for the service call, but no one would be available until a couple of days later. Next!!! I then called All-Star Plumbing, and within the hour two men arrived. After digging in the area they determined that there was no leak. The total visit lasted about an hour. I asked what the cost would be and I was told, "NOTHING, it's fine." I was prepared to pay for the service call, because they did spend time digging in the warm, Madera summer morning, but they insisted there was no charge. They told me to give them a call if the area didn't dry up in a day or two. I was pleasantly surprised and my only regret is that in my worries about the possible underground leak, I completely forgot to offer them anything to drink. I felt awful about it for days!!! I later learned my niece was responsible for the saturated area. On December 20, 2017, my fear became a reality!!! I was getting ready to shower before going to work when I heard water running through the pipes, I ran outside to find water streaming out from underneath my bedroom wall! This time, I knew who to call, without a doubt! When I was told someone would be by in the afternoon, and I asked if there wasn't anyone who could stop by sooner, the desperation must have been obvious in my voice, because I was told they'd be by at about 10 AM. Jerry, explained what my options were,and I knew I wanted peace of mind, so I opted to repipe the whole house. This took place a few days before Christmas! I had tamales to make!! I was worried I wouldn't be able to use my kitchen for several days, but I was assured that I would have hot and cold running water in the kitchen and at least one of the two bathrooms. They did better than promised; I had the kitchen and both bathrooms available two days later. Everyone who worked on the project was nice and respectful. They even raked the carpet of leaves on my driveway!! When the work was completed, Jerry made sure it was to my satisfaction. I am VERY pleased with the work that was done and highly recommend All Star Plumbing; in fact I did, back in August, but I am happy to finally do so here!! Thank You!!! read more

I'd give them 10 Stars if i could!! ..ok..maybe 16K stars because that is what they saved us!! Look No Further! You are in the right place!! They did all the work at a tiny fraction of the highest quote. If you want to find a company that will give you a fair price WITHOUT taking advantage of you-Look No FURTHER!! Truly, they were absolutely a God Send!! If you need more info read on.... Jerry came out and gave us a quote that was..life changing! Next day..the guys showed up-early!! Oh Yeah!! The company sent out Ron and Anthony and they were fantastic-Courteous, professional, helpful. I really can't say enough about them and this company! You see, we called other companies and they either gave us quotes that ranged from 4k to... 15k... to 18k...yes..18K! to fix the problem with our sewer line, if they bothered to come out at all. I don't know about you but I Do Not have that kind money sitting in My bank account- Not Even Close!! We couldn't afford That kind of bill on top of everything else that comes with buying your first home and things looked rather bleak :-( All Star and their ALL STAR Team saved our home, our pocketbook, and relieved so much stress and did I mention sanity?! They job was done within a few short hours without the hassle that the other companies said we would have and couldn't avoid (block traffic, pay for traffic control because it was complicated, blah, blah,blah.) The guys worked hard, dug deep, found the problem which was worse than anticipated. They discovered that someone accidentally drilled a hole through our sewer pipe when they put in new lines of their own ! We are forever thankful for you, Jerry, Ron, and Anthony! My wife and I recently moved into a rental home and in a day or 2 had the plumbing back up into the bathtub and shower. It was a big mess, plumbing problems are the worst. My landlord promptly had a couple of guys come out and snake the line and then it did the same thing the next day and he had the same guys come out with the snake again. It was pretty obvious that with the large tree's in the front yard there was probably a sewer line full of roots and he needed to call a real plumber. These guys didn't have ANY other tools. Just the snake. I strongly suggested he call All Star as I know the owners Lance and Marie because our kids went to school together. Now, don't think that this is just a friend giving a good review. All Star did a great job. They came out on SUNDAY NIGHT at 8 pm and had all the tools to do their job. They didn't just have a snake in the truck. They had a fully stocked van with all the tools needed to do the job. Nathan the plumber sent a camera down the clean out, found where the roots were blocking the line, marked it and then they came out at their first opportunity and dug out the damaged pipe and replaced it. It is a waste of money to hire someone who doesn't have the tools to fix the problem. These guys can fix any plumbing problem and fast!!! BEST PLUMBERS EVER!! read more

Worst day ever for any homeowner is learning that your sewer line is broken at the main sewer line connection in the middle of the street AND the city of Fresno takes no responsibility for it! It's a 5 figure fix. I was, however, doubly lucky. First I found All Star Plumbing...and second, I have a great insurance agent, Bulldog Insurance, who had added, last year, an endorsement to my homeowner's policy covering $10,000 of the cost! (Call your insurance agency NOW to make sure you have this coverage if you live in the city of Fresno!!) Lance, at All Star Plumbing, came out right away, diagnosed the problem, created a temporary fix, ran his camera throughout the line to document and set about fixing it. Because it involved tearing up the street requiring permits and inspections, etc. it took a few days to complete. Lance and his crew (Roger and Manuel) were wonderful. They were fast, thoughtful, and thorough. The job site was spotless every night and well secured. They kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. They took lots of photos at various stages and sent me copies for my records. They also stayed within budget! I strongly recommend All Star Plumbing to EVERYONE! read more

I recently decided I wanted to fix my own plumbing issue and it didn't go well. I ended up looking for a professional plumbing off craigslist and decided to go with this company. The 2 things that caught my attention was that it was in my area code and that it was locally owned, which usually equates to a professional service and them taking pride in their work. I called and the called was picked up very quickly and the person on the end was very professional. Took down my number and was told I would received a call from the service department to schedule a date and time. Shortly after hanging up, I did receive a call for service. Date and time was very flexible to fit my schedule. On the day of the appointment, Eric came did came out in the time frame that he said he would. Work was professionally done and price was very resonable. The best compliment I can give this company and Eric is that from the moment I call to the moment the job was completed, it went extremely smooth, no hassle, no stress, anything. Thank you All Star Plumbing!! We just bought our home, and within hours of getting our keys we had water coming up through the floor of our downstairs bathroom. What a nightmare. To top it off we had three plumbers (all different companies) come out to find the problem. They all told us something different and gave us quotes in the 10s of thousands of dollars to fix. On top of it, they wanted to dig up my whole front yard to fix the issue. Finally a friend recommended All Star Plumbing. They were at my house within an hour of me calling. The problem was diagnosed within another hour. Guess what, my main sewer line doesn't even run under my front yard, it is in the back! These other companies didn't even know where the line was. The next morning a whole crew of guys was at my house to replace the pipe that had roots in it. They were quick and all of them were very pleasant. I'd like to explain the issue my family and home were facing. When our washer would drain the dirty water, it would back it up into our shower add on bathroom. Our plumbing home warranty service did little to nothing. They came to our home and spent 5 minutes explaining that they couldn't resolve the issue due to their policy. When technician, Jerry, showed up, he greeted us with a friendly and professional demeanor. He had a look on his face that he was here to handle his business. He did exactly that. He was attentive when doing an evaluation of the issue, he then proceeded to explain to me what the next steps where to handling the situation. It was a well thought out courtesy to keep informing me of his next step. Not only was everything placed back the way Jerry found it, it was in working condition. He solved the issue. I was looking around for a good deal on a water softener, but thought the prices were high. Put it on the back burner, until I went for an x-ray and Allstarplumbing plumbing was there working on the building. As I'm walking out shoulder to shoulder with one of the Allstarplumbing guys,talking on the phone with someone about a water softener, I followed him to his truck. When he was done with the phone call I introduced my self and asked if I could get the rundown about water softeners. Mike explained in detail and finally I asked about the price. Compared to what I've seen it was a Good deal. Two months later I had it installed along with a re-pipe in my master due to a busted pipe. These guys were professional in every way. All Star fixed some major plumbing issues we had with our main line--it was a big job, and all members of the team that came out were professional, friendly and courteous, and completed the work in a timely fashion. We had had All Star out about 22 months ago, and noticed that we were still under warranty for our most recent work--We were not happy that the previous job completed had problems but we were happy that All Star honored their warranty and did not charge us for the work. As everyone knows, plumbing issues can cause some pretty serious disruptions in everyday activity--but their prompt attention helped offset those problems. Trust is everything when working with the trades, All Star now has all of mine! I was worried as did not have a trusted company in this trade and just happend to call All Star. I already believed I had a big problem and was prepared to hear the bad news, Lance identified a MUCH SIMPLIER issue as the source, he could of told be whatever and I would of probably paid what ever. It was an easy scenerio to take advantage of a homeoner and I probably would of never known.
