DO NOT COME TO THIS MAN FOR ANY SERVICE !!!! This man had what should've been an easy job for his " profession " ... ( fix a clogged toilet ) . And he took not one , not 2, but 4 hours in the building trying to fix it and was unsuccessful. You may think he spent so much time because he was working hard to fix it , but no. He spent over half the time on the phone talking to his family or friends while on the job and NOT fixing what he was called to do. But here's the KICKER !!! He literally. And I swear to god . Attempted to leave the store and the bathroom that he DID NOT FIX , covered in..... SHIT ! The whole floor , the toilet , and the WALLS were covered in shit . And when we caught him trying to leave it a mess , he blamed it on the door being difficult to get in. Let me preface that, our restroom is relatively small and has a self behind it making the door a bit difficult to open completely. But NEVER had this ever been an issue for other plumbers . And if it was an issue , he should've communicated that before spilling the shit and piss everywhere . He then apologized and said he'd clean it , only then to RUN TO HIS CAR AND FUCKING LEAVE !! He later came in embarrassed because he had to get a signature from the manager . But Jesus Christ. I called Mr. Yang on a Friday and he came straight from finished job to give me a FREE estimate. His estimate was money saving. Other company want $$ on estimates and were days out on appointments. Mr. Xue appointed my job was next business- Monday. Now that is quick customer service!! He also gave me all the options that was avail options and prices.
