Needed a plumber and of course I had to check Yelp. Reached out to a handful of "sponsored" plumbers and obtaining estimates was not easy. Most required a phone call or a visit with a "diagnostic" fee. Nelson's was prompt and able to provide me with a fair estimate via Yelp/Email. Nathan our plumber came out and was extremely professional and punctual. Nathan was transparent and told us that we did not need to replace the Garbage disposal since the issue may have been due to a loose connection. I appreciate that he gave us that option but we decided to install the new unit anyways. While our job required a return visit(due to a missing part), costs stayed the same!
