The professors were excellent and always pushed us to become the best versions of ourselves. The front desk staff worked tirelessly to keep everything in order, and they always made an effort to decorate for holidays like Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They did a beautiful graduation for us as well. I was fortunate to have a small class, and over time, we became like a second family. The friendships I made here will last a lifetime. As for the Director of Nursing (DON), Ms. Assima, I know some reviews describe her as strict, but I see it differently. She has a strong and passionate teaching style, always pushing students not to give up and never to be lazy. Her focus is on education and success, and she truly wants every student to pass. The fact that she never dropped a single student speaks volumes she's not just about the money, as some people in reviews suggest. She genuinely cares about her students and has a big heart for helping people. Now, about the program itself wow! It was intense, with five days of classes per week for nearly a year. You have to be mentally prepared for that level of commitment and willing to put in the work. Studying hard is a must, and the ATI... oh boy, that's a beast! But like anything else, if you put in the effort, you can master it. I'm currently working on my ATI Green Light so I can take the NCLEX-PN, and I will truly miss this school. I have no doubt that Lotus Medical Career College will continue to be a great school for decades to come. It would be amazing if Ms. Assima expanded the school to offer an LVN-to-RN bridge program.
