Once they moved out of their small location and into a warehouse they have become extremely inconsistent and the last time that I came in with the same uniforms that I have been bringing they turned me away stating that now they have changed their policies and they do not take outside items. Here is were the first problem start I wished I would have received a prior notice to this and I never received an email or a letter and mind you they have all that information in their system. They stated that they now do not take outside items after I had paid the fee of embroidery and it was just so simple to order new uniforms as new employees came in. They have also changed their policy to by appointment only. As a business owner who has time for appointments I always try to use small businesses but no wonder corporate companies are running over small businesses. I will now take my business with rush order tees who have been amazing and helping me transition as I needed my uniforms as soon as possible. Unprofessional attitude- including an inability to deal with any customer dissatisfaction. Many corrections needed to be made after the site was up and running. Audio pages did not work properly. After several frustrating email exchanges concerning delays in the website launch, Miss Shelton had a tantrum, which resulted in my being given an ultimatum to pay her in full immediately or have my site shut down. Payment was never an issue. I was left to complete work that she should have done herself, after she had been paid in full. My photo page had captions on the previous site. The new site done by Miss Shelton had no captions, just the jpeg file name on it. I was told to complete this myself. After being hacked the other day, Miss Shelton did help me, but also added that she "didn't have to." I do not recommend this company for web design. I am forced to give her a "one star" rating, although I'd prefer to give no stars.
