Finally, during the tour, the sales manager came out and told us the RV we wanted had been sold 15 minutes ago from another location. We were suspicious. Five days later now and the vehicle is still on their website. The same salesperson then responded to an email inquiry from my friend saying it was still available. They are obviously using the advertised low price to get buyers in the door then trying to sell them other vehicles. Stay away from any business that is so deceitful!

I live a fair distance away and would need to arrange my own shipping which they agreed with. Spoke with three different shippers and landed on one. All set with shipping. Then I leased a covered RV parking spot to put it in along with checking on the insurance. Locally, I found an RV restoration company to completely do everything that I wanted to have done to upgrade it. Went as far as agreeing to a quarter three 2024 time slot. The upgrades were going to come in at about 20K. HOWEVER, when it came time to get at get a quote sheet detailing pricing, it just never happened. Made calls, online messages and phone switchboard requests. Folks, you have to have this stuff in document form. For your own safety. So, what are they up to. Who knows. To clarify, I asked earlier this week for a one word text message of YES or NO be sent to me. Are you doing the requested quote or not. No answers on anything. If the quote had come in OK, I was ready to accept and make payment. This business does not seem to understand the concept of 'managing people's expecations'.

Need a technician, talk to Justin!!…read more It has been over a year with an AC problem with my Rigmaster APU. I was having to idle due to lack of working AC on the APU. I was being charged over & over again for supposed leaks & recharging the system. I had my own mechanic check it: He let me know, there were no leaks. Still other shops were trying to still fix leaks. None actually checked the entire systems' components & it's electronics as requested. Finally was able to get over to Nebraska Rigmaster. Justin tested everything. He took his time and his notes on his work were excellent; precise with individual readings for each component & his adjustments, replacements, etc. he is definitely a professional. What I needed was an AC clutch on the Compressor, but the components are all one unit. So, it was replaced. The Control Unit had shorted out, due to the bad AC Clutch, which early detection may have prevented the Control Unit from shorting out. Replaced that. I have AC again, finally. Had other shops done their job & tested the equipment. Money could have been saved. It's a shame, that in this industry; we have more people trying to make money on truckers, than actually doing the job requested. Thank you Big Rig, Nebraska for a job well done & an excellent (Josh) Technician.
