First of all, the idea of a mobile RV repair service where they come to you is brilliant. Secondly, a problem like a leaky air shock mean you don't really know if it's completely and totally fixed until some time goes by and it still holds air and Noah was OK with that. He came out again it turned out there was a slow leak in the line to the other air shock which he fixed and then kept to his estimate for fixing the one shock. I didn't have to leave the RV at some shop for days, I never needed a ride home and I never had to deal with a cranky RV repair person who would would much rather be working on simple, straight forward "replace a part and your done" problem. Overall, a great experience. Noah is very pleasant and competent. I have already used him for another job involving a water leak and I'll be definitely using him again. I cannot recommend him enough.

In response to Brian's reply- You're correct, there IS a…read moreLOT to unpack here, but let me correct some of your statements. 1- it's a Logan, not a Lakota 2- you quoted my husband $350, then me $350 and THEN by text message, $700, which I immediately replied to and questioned and said I would see if I could get one direct from the manufacturer, you at no point said that was not your policy. 3- it was NOT almost a year ago, it was June 25th, 2025, so just 4 months ago........... I did not ask for a total refund, but did reach out to see if you would back your work in some way due to the short time we had the trailer back and then it failed again. I do not believe it was due to the motor, but more likely something else that probably caused the first motor to fail that was not corrected while it was at your shop. I stand by the fact that you were aggressive from the moment Bill put me on speakerphone earlier today. We DID ask if it could be fixed before the 4th of July, that is correct. BUT, I also said that if you couldn't, I understood and would come pick the trailer up and we'd make it work without the slide and then I'd bring it back when we were done. If you weren't going to fix it correctly in the short time frame, I would have waited, I don't know who wouldn't? Want to discuss the water heaters that you've had to replace for customers because your employees didn't know to drain the water heater to winterize an RV? Seems as though maybe my issue with your service and work isn't just a one off...... Original review- Took our trailer to them to have the slide repaired, it was stuck IN. First warning sign was Brian telling me on the phone that the part was going to be $350, but then texting me shortly after that it was actually now $700. (I told them immediately after he gave me the "NEW" price that I would order the part myself, so they could still cancel their order, but chose not to I guess) I ordered a part directly from the trailer manufacturer and had it overnighted for $400. They had it fixed in a couple days, so I let it go. Labor was $955, paid the bill and picked up the trailer, (trash in the trailer, definitely not the way it looked inside when I dropped it off) Fast forward 3 months, now the slide is stuck OUT and the part that they put on, that I got direct from the manufacturer (slide motor) is shot. After maybe being in use a dozen times TOPS. The manufacturer is standing behind the motor and warrantying it, but Two Old Guys will not stand behind any of their repair work. Didn't ask for a total refund, but any kind of acknowledgement that the work that they did was substandard and that the fact that their "repair" lasted 3 months, when the rate of multiple failures on this particular item in such a short time is probably pretty rare. Brian was combatant right from the start, and ended up hanging up on me when I called back to ask about the issue and if they would stand behind their work. And I couldn't take the trailer to them to work on even if I wanted to, because the slide is stuck OUT, not that they even offered to take a look at it to see what was going on. Bill, nice guy. Brian, not so much, and if you're a woman, plan on him trying to take advantage of the fact that you might not think twice and just agree to whatever they tell you. Bottom line- Would NEVER recommend taking anything there, EVER. If there was a way to give a NEGATIVE STAR review, I'd do it in a heartbeat on this one.

We originally chose them for their big bays capable of painting RV's but they are so much more than that. Their attention to details is phenomenal. They contacted us several times about little things so they would get it exactly right, and they did! The staff was friendly, approachable, collaborative and obviously takes great pride in their work. The next day, after picking up our RV, I was at a gas station filling up when some guy came up to me and remarked on my beautiful rig. He just couldn't say enough good things as he studied the RV up, down, and across like he was looking at the Mona Lisa. Prices were appropriate for the level of service. With the winterization, they also included an inspection. One of our tires had a nail in it and they were able to take off the bad tire and put on the spare. They don't repair tires, but I was able to take it to a local place to get it fixed.

So I took it to a patriot authorized dealer and they told me chat all the parts that central body was telling me were not factory that they were in fact factory. So I decided to take it to a trailer frame shop who told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my trailer. Central body cost me my walleye fishing trip not to mention the pain and anguish I went through thinking my trailer was junk. Come to find out they just jacked the trailer up in a nonload bearing spot total ignorance on their part. I would not have them do any work to any thing I own.

We had a blow out on our 41 foot fifth wheel. Who would have thought how much damage that could…read moredo. We had body damage, hydraulic lines broken, electrical on our slide out, as well as a bent axle. The earliest we could get into anyplace for just an estimate was over a month. Central Body got us in the very next day. They would have had the work done in a couple of weeks if not for the insurance company which delayed things horribly. Thank God for Brittani, their service writer. Brittani stayed on the insurance company and kept us informed all along the way. In regards to the actual repairs, the estimate was very thorough they found some issues we did not know about and got on the repairs as soon as approvals and parts were in line. I cannot tell there was any damage at all. I cannot say enough positive things about my overall experience with Central Body.

I live a fair distance away and would need to arrange my own shipping which they agreed with. Spoke with three different shippers and landed on one. All set with shipping. Then I leased a covered RV parking spot to put it in along with checking on the insurance. Locally, I found an RV restoration company to completely do everything that I wanted to have done to upgrade it. Went as far as agreeing to a quarter three 2024 time slot. The upgrades were going to come in at about 20K. HOWEVER, when it came time to get at get a quote sheet detailing pricing, it just never happened. Made calls, online messages and phone switchboard requests. Folks, you have to have this stuff in document form. For your own safety. So, what are they up to. Who knows. To clarify, I asked earlier this week for a one word text message of YES or NO be sent to me. Are you doing the requested quote or not. No answers on anything. If the quote had come in OK, I was ready to accept and make payment. This business does not seem to understand the concept of 'managing people's expecations'.
