Stacy did a great job following up with me the next day so I decided I would give them a try despite the limited number of reviews. The technician arrived on time as scheduled and gave a courtesy call to let me know he was in route. He explained the process and did a great job containing the dust. He was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the guy had used different colored shingles and I wanted them done over with shingles that matched the color of the existing ones. We're talking about maybe 10 different shingles at most. Call American CGR and they come out and give an estimate to my mother who is 85 and appears to be quite vulnerable.
