This company must not need any work. I called them and set up an appointment to come out and fix a crack in my windshield. I was told the technician would be to my house on June 7, 2018, between 8-11am. My wife took the morning off work so she could be there when the technician arrived. Nobody ever called or showed up. To this day I still have not heard from anyone at All Star. Very sad. read more

They arrived early and were done with my windshield replacement within a half an hour. It doesn't get much better than that. Professional and courteous. I hope to not have to be in need their services again, but if I do I will call them no doubt. Thank you again! read more

Let's start off by saying I got my car broken into about 3am Thursday morning, broken window, stolen items. So I call around for a shop to do it, ran into these guys, quoted me higher then safelight but could get it done before them so no big deal. Told me he had an open appointment for 8am. Said "great let's set it up. Asked me for my make and model (2004 Subaru Impreza WRX) calls me the next morning around 7am (day of appointment) says the window they received had a scuff on it and wanted to get a new one AND asked me again which model and vehicle was for I told him and said "I thought so just wanted to be sure" (which I appreciated.) He moved my appointment to 11am. So now, 4 hours later I get to the place and the guy at the office says "oh, well our installer isn't here today, so we'll send our mobile guy out to you." Well, why did you tell me to come down there at 11 when you knew your installer wasn't there, waste of gas and my time. They could have called me to tell me that. Anyways, then he says the mobile guy will be there from 1-2pm now setback 6 hours from my first appointment, so now I've wasted 6 hours waiting on this. 2:45 rolls around I call the office that told me he would be here (which is just the employee not the owner I've been talking to) and he says he'll call the mobile guy and see where he is 3:38 comes around and he finally shows up. Gets started and GUESS WHAT! HE BROUGHT THE WRONG WINDOW! So now they have wasted my entire day and I have a car with a broken window still. So I contacted the man that had talked to me at 7am and said "Forget it, your guy brought the wrong window, and I will be reviewing this" He replied back and said "You confirmed this morning 3 times the glass, year make and model. I specifically asked the glass and you confirmed the front left. At this point we'll cut our losses and your free to go elsewhere." I'll leave out the other stuff said dense it's not appropriate for google... NOT even a hey I'll fix this, let me make this right. And he was right when we confirmed the year make and model I told him 2 the day before and 3 times that morning at 7 am. I will NEVER go here and would NEVER recommend anyone going to these clowns. So not only did I have to deal with the cops and wasted 5 hours waiting for them Thursday then cleaning up the mess the rest of the day. I wasted another full day dealing with these clowns and still have a broken window... just do your self the favor and make the appointment with safelight a Respected company that's professional even if it means waiting 2 days for an appointment. read more

These guys were phenomenal. They set up my appointment quickly and got my new windshield in. The installer was polite and courteous. But most importantly he knew what he was doing. It was a great experience having my windshield replaced by this company. I've had a lot of windshield replaced and had some bad experiences with other companies and very pleased that it did not happen with this company. From beginning to end it was a very pleasant. It was almost like I was family. 5 stars all the way. I strongly recommend them. read more
