My opinion on this company is mixed. They were great initially - maybe just to get my business. Very courteous and quick to act. A few days after the install though, my sunroof would not work. Some quick googling revealed that after a windshield replacement, they should have rebooted or recalibrated it. I called them to relay the issue and they said there was no way they had anything at all to do with it. They were not willing to send someone out, but instead wanted me to drive to their shop (40 min out of my way) where they would be willing to have someone look at it. Instead I googled how to recalibrate it myself. It took 3 seconds to do once I knew what buttons to press. I think it's pretty sad that they couldn't own up to the fact that their tech forgot one last step. I would not have faulted them for it one bit if they had sent someone out or instructed me on how to do it on my own. Instead, I get to come on here and share how disappointing their post-service customer service is. Feel free to use them. Just know that if you have any issues, you will probably not receive any assistance from them. read more

First off I tried calling I think it's called Safelite it's all animated you got to press all these buttons so I hung up and called These Guys somebody answered right away the price was reasonable on my Jeep I highly recommend them if I had any questions somebody always answered the phone they were fast the work was amazing I bought a new rear view mirror and they even put it on for me with no extra charge they go the extra mile I wish more companies were like them love my new windshield and the price was great definitely will be going back they do tenting too so I'll probably get one of my cars tinted price was good too on that read more

Driving up the 15 going to Victorville, a rock hit my windshield. I knew with the temperature going up, it was going to definitely spread. I looked on Yelp and called Cali. They were able to fit me in and I drove straight there. Juan was able to fill in the crack and he let me know it would still be visible but it wouldn't spread. I was totally okay with that since it was a work vehicle. Their shop is located in the back of the building and accessible via the parking lot next door. I came to Cali auto glass to get a professional opinion on some bad wind noise I was experiencing on my Honda Accord. First, I think we can all agree that no one wants to have a windshield replaced. With that being said I have a 2019 Corolla hatchback that has sensors such as lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control. Whenever a windshield is replaced the sensors have to be recalibrated. Toyota wanted to charge $1,600... yes that is correct. I shopped around and found Cali Auto. They had great reviews and they were charging less than half of what Toyota wanted. Their communication was awesome during the comparison, replying to questions in minutes. When I arrived I was going to request an Uber and they offered to drop me off (I live less than 5 minutes away from the shop). When my car was ready they dropped it off. They did a great job, and got me a good deal. They made sure everything was clean and were extremely fast and efficient. Juan is also a very nice and personable guy. They said it would take probably an hour and I was out within 40 minutes. I was a little disappointed that you have to call ahead to use their check-in offer, (so keep that in mind) which wouldn't work out for people who don't use yelp, and also doesn't really align with a "check in" offer but I know I got a good deal, so I didn't press it. I did notice some extra glue around my drivers side edge, but again, not a big deal. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend this place to my friends and family. read more

My mom told me she had damage on her windshield around 4:30 in the afternoon. I doubted anyone would be open to fix it and it was about the size of a quarter, so I knew it needed repaired ASAP. I called and they were able to take me in at 5. We got home an hour later with a repaired windshield. You can barely see a hairline crack and I know she should be good until the next rock.
