Had an appointment at 12:30am for half a removal on one window and tint around the whole car expect front. Dropped my car off , 3 hours later around 3 I call for an update because i never received a call or text and the lady says she will check and call me back. 10 min goes by and she calls back saying it will be another 3 more hours because they are struggling to do a removal and it will be ready by 6. They call around 5:35 saying to come at 6 it is almost ready. I get there around 5:53 and walk into the lobby and the guy says i can go check it out as they are finishing it up so i go and wait another 10 min. They pull the car out and say its all ready to go and I ask what the reason was for adding an additional 3 hours when the lady from the beginning said it wouldn't take no longer than 2.5 hours. The guy doesn't understand my question so he called another guy over and the guy stated because they kept cutting out the wrong pieces and had to redo it all over again and again. So then i was going to ask for a little discount for the inconvenience. As i started to speak the guy walked away from me to go talk to his buddy then came back a couple seconds later saying 'so did you send the money' . What a big inconvenience and service was not as good as expected. Tint was pretty nice but service + fee + timing was not it. After talking to the owner of the company about the situation that happen everything was cleared i was reassured better communication and everything will be worked out. Was recommended by a lot of people from Phelan, and I can say, I'm glad I listened to the suggestions. My 1st interaction with this company was wonderful. They had the most affordable option from the get go, then, I had to push my initial windshield replacement/calibration appointment on my jeep back a few days out, due to a work conflict, just a few hours before my appointment, yet they graciously did so without making me feel bad and without requiring a deposit for my next appointment. Then, the day of my appointment they replaced/recalibrated my windshield in WAY less time than I was quoted and answered questions we had before it was done and let us know to call if any issues after. Very quick response online, FREE mobile service (comes to home, even im remote cities like pinon hills, phelan, etc. They are incredibly helpful and for those who dont have time or cannot get to a garage, their prices are very affordable and comparable to anywhere else. Im unsure of quality as i do not know how to determine it, but does have lifetime warranty on any bad installations likeleaks, compression cracks, 760 autoglass went above and beyond, called to get windshield pricimg from dealership since it coupdnt be ordered elsewhere yet, checking with their technician to see if is possible with aftermarket windshield (incorrect size/frame). Another company i used in past for replacing an older model car windshield (claims to have 25-yr experience) did a good job on the old car. However i wont call them for any newer model specialty windshields. he even had my VIN# t& claimed basic aftermarket would work. But the frame and size is different so either he was too lazy to find out or doesnt know to check frame? i called the dealership to find out the truth. 760 was 100% right. Unfortunately the special winshield is about $1500 including installation through 760 and and likely more to install at dealership. However, 760 autoglass knows their stuff and installation price was also reasonable plus free mobile service. Mobile Prices: i called many places that offered mobile service to my area (boonies near Phelan) and avg cost was between $50-$100. Safelite (national company) charged $50 for mobile but glass cost $125 more. Others might have lower windshield prices but mobile service was higher. Check with others but definitely check with 760 autoglass to compare. Sadly it's Hard to find a truthful mechanic read more

Took a roadtrip from NorCal to Sedona AZ in April and halfway there we had a self-inflicted event and busted a window on the rear door of our Revel van on the way out of Victorville. Called around and landed on 760 Auto. Apparently all the shops have to go down the hill (San Bernardino) to get that specialty glass but 760 was like "I know you want to hit the road as quickly as possible" (he understood our schedule wo asking). Had to wait for the glass to arrive but it was same day and as soon as it arrived he dropped everything and did our van. He even tinted it so it matched the other door.
