first met when we brought in our Hyundai Santa Fe it needed a control arm thermostat and two tires fixed. Thought he was a good guy said he could fix everything for 2200 cash. the car was in there for over a week when my son finally picked it up. It broke down on the way home three times he had to get it towed back to his shop, he said he was waiting for a part which was another week later my son picked it up again and it doesn't even run now he had to push it off the road three times to get home when I called and asked for a receipt of everything he did so hopefully we can try and sell the car I got no answer no receipt nothing and the car doesn't even run at all now it ran better when we brought it in the first time read more

A few months ago, I bought $2300 worth of high performance SUV tires for my quick lil SUV. The past 3 weeks the check pressure light came on, thought it was cooler weather and historic flooding weather- refilled with air at gas station a few times. Decided something not right; found a screw head imbedded in middle of tread of a tire with less than 750 miles on it :'( My dealer wanted $50 to plug it, went there and wait was 2.5 hrs on a work day with my elderly Dad visiting. F*#c that wait. Had Yelped earlier to find local spots and called them at that time, would plug for $20 out the door. Returned, took me immediately, even left the car running w/ my 85 year old dad in it, and he plugged it in 5 minutes! Owner was a cool older dude smoking a cigar type all day.. and one other Mechanic.. Maybe Maurice? Was a class act.. Tipped him $20 for the nice words he had for my father/conversation. I'm a car guy my whole life, this will be my go-to for tires and small issues hands down after that service. Highly recommend, they are 4.5-5 star on Yelp for a damn reason! read more

I had roadside assistance initially tow me to Tesla for a flat tire which happens to be a very short distance away from this shop. I had a small puncture in the tire that Tesla was insisting I needed a full replacement. Walked over to this shop, showed Mario the photo of the hole and location, he said bring it over and it was fixed in a matter of minutes for a very reasonable price. Thank you again. read more

Don't look anywhere else, this is the best place in south Florida to service your car. I had a nail in my tire and needed an oil change and even though the parking lot was completely packed, Mario took one look at the nail and said, oh yea I'll take care of that. Took my keys and didn't need anything else from me. With the oil change, wipers, all tires filled he said 30 min and it was all done and less than 100 bucks. I've always had bad experiences, from price gouging, rude staff, hours wait time along with damages to my car. Mario even had the time to talk to me and let me know he can take care of anything that needs fixing, from my wipers ( I mentioned need to be updated) and fixing my car seat that Mavis ruined from my last visit there. I'm heartbroken to leave a horrible review, but I have to. Mario had always been a stand up guy, a guy of character and someone you could trust. I've been going to him for some time now. However, my last encounter wasn't so great. My power steering rack needed to be replaced, so I brought it to Mario. When I picked up the car, it didn't feel right, the alignment felt off, so I brought it back to him. He said the alignment was off and he fixed it. He DID NOT DO THE ALIGNMENT. Mario DOES NOT have an alignment machine. If you need an alignment after you get it serviced here, don't be fooled. The man can't do it at his shop, but will lie to you and tell you he can. I ended up taking it to tires plus because I knew the alignment was never done. Well, come to find out my BRAND NEW tires I put on less than 6 months ago needed to be replaced. Because the alignment wasn't done, my tires were destroyed.. even though I paid Mario for it...The guy at tires plus told me "you're lucky to be alive". The alignment was off by 2 degrees. The bolts and tie rods were loose, nothing was put back together correctly. I asked Mario to reimburse me for the tires, and I have not received an answer. I trusted Mario like I would trust my dad. I could have died. I will be filing complaints and heading to civil court for this. My life was in his hands. I will not be returning. Do not trust this guy, it's sad. read more

Nice people to talk to but quality and value of repairs very poor. I spent $900 ($50 oil change + $450 brake and rotor + $400 for one new strut) on old Toyota Prius for new brake job and new strut which was noisy and leaking. While the brake job was ~ $50 more expensive than dealer ship, I thought supporting small business was good and they did a decent job with the brakes. The real problem was the left strut which was newly replaced which apparently stopped leaking but makes noise like a constant rattle box. Upon multiple missed rescheduled attempt by the facility to fix it upon my insistence, they finally scheduled and "fixed it" which was absolutely no different from original and still rattles like a knoble head. They didn't even have the time to test drive with me and shooed me away. Good folks to talk to but Poor quality of service. read more

They are not a good company!! I bought four brand new tires last year June 2020 and I took my car there to get an alignment done. Yesterday February 18, 2021, I discovered that the front tires were damage from the inner part Due to theso I took the car back there for some help and I was faced with resistance and they would NOT help me.. no assistance from the owner of the business..I have to get new tires seven months later and I just spent $900 on the my tires.
