I found this place through Groupon and I spoke to a gentleman named Carlos for a reservation. He was super sweet over the phone and gave me a same day appointment. When I went in person I met with a gentleman named Abby and he was super amazing and informative. While I waited for my car to be serviced I spoke to him and enjoyed my conversation. He was funny and attentive. My car didn't take long to be serviced and the gentleman that serviced my car his name was Pinedo. He was super professional and he even left a sticker on my glass that shows when I have to do my next oil change. I just have my car serviced in this place. I can say that they are professional. courtesy and very quick. I felt like valuable customer. Carlos has done excellent job in organizing all this. The waiting area looks clean. There is a disability parking place and a ramp to the office. While changing the front tires, they claimed the valve stem was "already broken"--even though I had no issues with it on my old tires. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they forced me to pay extra for replacing two valve stems. I had no choice but to agree. The next day, one of the tires started losing air pressure. When I returned, it turned out they had poorly installed the valve stem. They fixed it, but my nightmare with this shop didn't stop there. A few days later, I returned for a wheel alignment. At first, everything seemed fine on city streets, but as soon as I got on the highway, the car began pulling sharply to one side. One of the front tires started making a loud noise, and the cabin vibrated. This wasn't just inconvenient--it was dangerous! The following day, I went back to the shop and demanded they fix the issue. They refused to help right away, saying they were fully booked and told me to return in 5 hours. This was unacceptable for a safety issue! The front desk worker, Carlos, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He showed visible irritation that I was there to complain, didn't apologize, and refused to take my concerns seriously. When I asked to speak with the owner, Carlos flat-out refused. When I came back 5 hours later, as requested, Carlos suddenly told me I should have "confirmed" my visit--something he never mentioned before! He ignored me, refused to address the issue, and even walked out of the room when I again asked to speak to the owner. He claimed I didn't "respect him." Respect? How can anyone respect someone so unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to help? I eventually found the owner's contact information and messaged him directly. He responded, asked for my phone number, and promised to call me in 10 minutes. Unsurprisingly, he never called back. I ended up going to a professional shop that specializes in wheel alignments, and they fixed everything correctly. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They "sugar-coat" everything to get your money, but once the service is done, their attitude completely changes--especially if you have a problem. Many people don't know much about cars, and this place takes advantage of that to scam people. Save your time, money, and sanity. Go to a reputable dealership or professional shop. Yes, it might cost more upfront, but you'll get guaranteed service without the nightmare. This place is a disaster and a scam! read more
