I have a commercial business that needed to update the lock system currently in place on our front entrance door. I called Rudy at All State and he came out to change out the lock. Specifically, I wanted to upgrade the lock so copies could not be made of the key. Rudy understands that he is to change out the lock. He gets the job done and makes 4 additional keys, gets paid and leaves. At lunch, I was the last to leave and our front desk person had locked me in, as we normally would do. HOWEVER, Rudy didn't bother to change the INSIDE lock for some unbelievable reason!!! I was locked out from the outside!!! I crawled out a window and unlocked the door from the outside. I called him immediately and informed him of the screw up. He said he would be by the next business day(Monday). Another locksmith came Monday as Rudy was a no show and fixed the lock. Allstarz Locksmith- but he charged an arm and a leg so beware. I called Rudy and told him what I had to do as he never showed. I said he needs to call Allstarz and work it out with them as I shouldn't have to pay for your ineptness. He agreed and said he would handle it. That was 75 days ago. I thought he had handled it until Allstarz called today saying Rudy won't call them back. So, I called Rudy today and he said he wouldn't take care of it as he originally promised he would. Stay away from this shyster. There are plenty of other locksmiths, so why take the chance and get screwed over like I did? read more

My girlfriend and I locked ourselves out of our apartment so we looked up a couple of locksmiths online. This had never happened to us before so we didn't really know what to expect. One didn't pick up, and the other said it would be a couple of hours before he could send someone out. Cant imagine any better service!!!! I lost my chip-enabled car key. He met me at my car at 9pm immediately and was able to program a key that worked.
