My wife and I both just sold our 2020 Lexus' so we decided to put the profit into buying a nice used vehicle so we can start saving more money and get closer to our financial goals. I came across this dealership online and i wish i didn't because I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't have a total purchase price on their website and when i called they still wouldn't give me the total price of the vehicle unless i came in. They have absolutely no people skills and extremely rude. However i did have them give me the price over the phone after i filled an application which i totally regret. Due to my credit i was approved for certain vehicles however i wanted one specific vehicle. The finance manager told me i would have to put more money down. (Which is not a problem i was actually planning to put more than half of what they're selling it for.) of course i didn't say that to her because i wanted to see what kind of offer they can give me. I asked her if i put more money down then i can get the vehicle I want and then she told me i would have to see if they would approve that. Which totally contradicted what she told me 5 min earlier. I mean it is absolutely ridiculous. Little did they know if they had better skills with people they could of made 2 sales on luxury vehicles today. Maybe would of bought one and paid in full in cash. WOW. I called and asked how much the were asking for a truck. I was told they didnt know because the price of the truck was written on it and it was at another lot. LOL When i told Bridgette I was not going to drive there until I knew how much they were asking she hung up on me! I called back thinking there must've been some mistake and she confirmed that the only way she could possibly find out the asking price was for me to drive there and go with her to see the truck. Then she hung up on me AGAIN. Incredible. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I was fortunate enough to have dealt with ALL State Motors Inc. in both the Auto dealership AND the Auto repair shop and in both occasions I've had nothing but great experiences in which I felt I needed to share. My first experience- My niece was looking to getting into her own car (as she was already working and was able to pay her OWN bills), however, she had NO credit. Of course , she picked a car in which we initially thought she would not be able to get. The Office Manager (David ) ensured us that he would get us approved under her name- but we would have to give him a few days. We had already shopped around and felt like we had heard the same story as all other dealers. Well.. a few days turned into just a day. The next day he called that she was APPROVED (yayyy) without a cosigner! We had went to several dealers already and everyone told us that because she had no credit- she would not be able to do on her own!! She is so excited with her car and the fact that she is building her credit!! David is awesome and knows his stuff! My second experience- I was involved in a very bad car accident and fortunately I drive a Mercedes in which saved my life..but my poor car was not so lucky. I had severe damages to the driver side of my car, hood and front windshield. All side airbags depleted and the whole left side of car needed to be replaced. Well...I was once again referred to go to ALL State Motors Inc., but this time to their Auto body shop. I did not hesitate as my experience in the dealership was exceptional. Well..I must say the same for the body shop. My car was fixed in less than 3 weeks and they did an awesome job! The paint job was immaculate and everything was like when I bought the car!! Those who saw pictures of my car before and after can not believe it! I'm hoping not to have to use the body shop again (haha) but if I have a need ...I would not go else where!!
