I met Dave the salesman and from the moment I met him he was nothing but helpful, respectful and broke everything down to me there was no hidden agendas. I paid cash and he was open about everything. The gentleman in finance was great as well. I had no issues and they even helped me get the truck on a flat bed and towed to my house to surprise my husband. I inquired about the wait and was told yea you all showed up at the same time. How rude! Also, this is the one dealership of 8 I contacted that refused to provide an Out the Door price in any form (phone/email/SMS or to CarEdge). "Must be in person". I respect the fact that this is their business and this approach must be working for them. Though, like most of us, I dont have unlimited time to travel to 8 dealerships and conduct multiple negotiations.

They don't have a total purchase price on their website and when i called they still wouldn't give me the total price of the vehicle unless i came in. I even really put one of their salesmen through the wringer when I started feeling sick. I went to the dealership right after work and ended up spending too much time chatting with Miguel about this car and that car. By the time it was time to fill out some paperwork on a car I was taking for a little extended test drive (awesome, by the way, that they did that for me), it was 9pm...and I hadn't eaten anything since about 1pm. I just suddenly felt really sick - I was shaking, my head was pounding - it was awful! When Miguel could see I was really needing to get home, he rushed everything to completion for me. I'll admit I ended up not buying the car from Loman but I would still highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. They were friendly, helped answer all my questions and I loved that I didn't feel bullied. The first night I went there, when I couldn't get the SUV in the price range I wanted, Chris said: "Hey, listen - I'm sorry we weren't able to make a deal tonight but if you decide you want to take a look at some other cars I hope you'll come back." I just purchased a 4 series from them and I was shocked at the low price I got. They advertise the…read morecar leases extremely cheap and I thought it was a gimmick to get you in the door at first but I had time to purchase and I figured what do I have to loose. I have leased many cars before so I'm aware that you always have to pay for your registration/plates no matter where you go but I really put zero down paid my plates and tax and got the car at the advertised price. When I went to the dealer to test drive this car I spoke to a salesman and he wanted almost $7000 upfront and about $200 more a month. When I showed him the prices that M&V were offering he insisted that that was a scam he even got the manager and the manger said there is no way you can get this car at that price because any dealer will be loosing money with M&V's prices. Also I wanted dynamic handling on my car but the dealer once again told me there wasn't any car in NJ in stock with that option and dissuaded me from getting that option, so if I wanted that it would have to be a custom order and he therfor couldn't offer me any deals on any car that wasn't on their lot. I saw some reviews where people said someone some things that weren't all that positive but I assure you that this place is totally legit. I spoke with John and he made picking my car with all the options I wanted and didn't want painless for me. This really beats going to the dealer and waiting for hours while they get your car ready and have to negotiate a price down. I built my custom BMW online sent it to John, got to track it on the BMW website step by step and picked up the car at BMW in Brooklyn about 8 weeks later, I did have the option to have them deliver it but I just couldn't wait the Memorial day weekend out.
