Excellent service and follow up. The driver was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I was having construction done at the same time that I had to have my limo towed. The driver had to get Limo out in a very tight area and so with ease. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled a tow on Thursday night for Friday morning. The time frame given was 9 am to 11 am. At 11 am, my car had not been picked up. I called. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They said they had an emergency with the police which took all their trucks. Maybe they could have called to tell me they were going to be late. They didn't[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They said it would be soon. At 1230 I called back. They told me it would be there at 130. 1 45 was the actual time and because of their lack of communication, the dealership didn't start on my car. It will be there until at least Monday. Failure of operator to disengage as much of the driveline as possible before towing lead to heat buildup and early failure of transmission. Company did not issue an invoice with an excuse that they ran out and demanded payment, paid for tow via Comchecks. After we started inquiring about an invoice and questioned about driveline they went MIA on us until today, when we asked for a direct payment for damages. Major repair is needed, their insurance (Progressive) denied liability, now insurance policy is pending cancellation. Claim for over $45K. read more

Moving something as large as a Class A motorhome off a military installation is no easy task. The Driver, (Eloy) was very professional and very patient with all the security hoops we had to jump through to gain access to the base to remove my RV from the storage lot. I used Allstate roadside to tow my car. This has turned into a nightmare simply because of an address update. Allstate contracts with a horrible towing service @anthonystowing. The towing company held my car hostage for $40. I have called Allstate 18 times, submitted 2 emails and chatted with this compan. I have received no resolution but they have continued to make unauthorized charges to my card! Today I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. I plan to find every agency that will listen.
