I cannot say enough good things about the service I received tonight. I have dealt with many towing companies over the years, including AAA and other roadside services, and this was honestly one of the best towing experiences I have ever had. Our Cadillac broke down after the alternator failed, leaving the battery completely dead and the vehicle unable to shift out of Park. From the beginning, the driver was professional, responsive, and extremely careful with the car. What impressed me most was the amount of care he took loading the vehicle onto the flatbed. The Cadillac sits very low to the ground, and when he realized there was a risk of scraping or damaging it, he did not rush or force anything. He brought out additional equipment, carefully lifted and supported the wheels, and took the extra time necessary to load the vehicle safely. You could immediately tell that he knew exactly what he was doing and genuinely cared about protecting the vehicle. He went above and beyond what I expected from a towing service. He made sure the car was transported safely, dropped me off at my home, and then continued on to take my friend and the vehicle to their destination. The price was completely fair, especially considering the quality of the service, the equipment required, and the care he put into the job. At nearly 5:00 in the morning, after dealing with an unexpected breakdown, having someone arrive who was dependable, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful made a stressful situation so much easier. If you need a tow in Las Vegas, I highly recommend this company. Excellent service, excellent care, fair pricing, and a driver who truly went above and beyond. Five stars without hesitation. I would absolutely call them again. read more
