Even with the exact address and cross streets, they could not "find" us and when their call was not immediately answered but instead returned, within two minutes of the call- the job was already cancelled. We tried again, on second day we agreed on 5 pm, we waited until 10 pm, they never came. The 3rd day, I started calling them and a woman answered my call, she asked me to call again after an hour for she didn't know what's going on and I was told to talk to another employee or owner. I called after an hour and half, no one answered me. I was always directed to a mail voice that isn't set up, yet. Two of their phone numbers, no one answered me. Maybe they're busy. But I cannot wait for them anymore, I need our car that isn't working to be moved out from our old apartment because today is our last day on the lease. My husband and I were in a stalled vehicle in torrential rain today (thanks to the guy driving the other direction who sent a wave of water over my hood and fried the main fuse of my vehicle). We waited for 3 hours for Ewing Towing (supposed to be 60-90 minutes) and all we got was the run around and terrible attitude from employees. Really bad. Don't ever use Ewing even though they are referenced by Metro Police. My husband called Express Towing and the gentleman said where he was located and that it would be 25 minutes. He showed up in about 15. Fast and very nice. He helped my husband push the car into a good position as well. He was Fantastic. Sorry I didn't get his name. Had a car with a dead battery miles from home, stranded in a Walmart parking lot. It wasn't a huge distance, but I didn't know whether we'd need a tow or just a jump. Called Express and talked to a very friendly fellow who told me they had a $45 flat rate for the jump, or the tow back home would be about twice that, both were very reasonable for the service. The kicker was that they'd try the jump and if it didn't work, they'd just charge us for the tow, which was *amazingly* appreciated. They were prompt in their arrival and got us all squared away, as it turned out the jump got the car home but if we ever need a jump or tow again, we'll know who to call. read more

So I got a flat tire. The person with me tried to change my tire, but my jack wouldn't go up high enough. So I had to call a company to change my tire. I called several places, I couldn't believe that some of these places wouldn't come and change my tire. So as I went down the yelp towing companies and finally found Express Towing. It didn't take him too long to get to me. So I was pretty happy about that. He came and changed it. My only gripe is after he changed my tire, he took his time putting all his stuff away! When he could have swiped my card so I could be on my way. But he seemed to be OCD the way he put all his items in there right places on his truck. I would say it took him at least 5 to 8 min. I had to call these guys when our car broke down way out by Willow Beach on our way to Arizona. The car was almost 60 miles from our home so I was concerned about what it would cost. My car was stuck in the Sam's club parking lot and with nothing to hook it up to, I had to call for a flat bed.
