They also have a mini desk if you want to take your computer and get some work done. I was greeted by Ignacio who was friendly and polite to me. He offered me something to drink and told me to make myself comfortable and that my inspection wouldn't take long. I didn't think it would come to this two-star review. At first the mechanic did so well I even left compliments. He was quick, efficient and neat. He had pneumatic tools, a hoist and an electric lift. After the installation of lower left and right control arms he moved on to the alignment. The car kept pulling to the right and left. He had done the alignment twice after it still pulled. He sent me to the other location to do an alignment knowing their electric diagnostic alignment device may be working improperly which it was. The car still pulled. Lastly, I was told there was a radial-ply defect in the front tire which caused the car to pull. I went and got new tires. The car still pulled. Then they told me about the road crown referring to the engineering of the road which may pull me towards one side. I said, "Could you put the new tires on the front to see if it solves the issue ?". He said, " It'll be twenty dollars ". I was done at that point. They clearly are not deserving of the two twenty dollar gift cards to Chick-Fil-A - I had even asked them where they like to eat. They just couldn't get it right. It seems they couldn't handle the pressure and made up reasons as to why they didn't want to work on the car anymore. There are several components to suspension- bearings, bushings springs etc. They aren't straight forward as I was being the customer. I tried being nice- they saw it as a weakness and took advantage of me. I made everything easy-too easy ! Cars cars cars !
