As soon as I walked in, it was nice to see how clean and spacious the establishment was. They have a TV, a drink area, and comfortable seats. They also have a mini desk if you want to take your computer and get some work done. I was greeted by Ignacio who was friendly and polite to me. He offered me something to drink and told me to make myself comfortable and that my inspection wouldn't take long. I came and the staff were super friendly and profession, but like an idiot, after they completed my oil change and replaced my reverse light bulb that was out, I totally forgot to ask to have air added to my tires as well as asking for the tire rotation service. I though that before paying, the young sales associate would have reminded me or advised that the tire light indicator was on, which would have prompted me to remember to request for air and a tire rotation. So after paying for the initial oil change, and having them install the reverse light bulbs that I had picked up at AUTOZONE, I swung back around and told them that I forgot to ask them to add air into my tires as well as a tire rotation, because the tire indication light was still flashing. They did not hesitate to assist me and after they got a hold of my car, I also remembered that my registration was due in November 2024 so I also asked if they could get the inspection done for the car registration. They were quick to do the work, but after paying for the second set of services and getting the documents for the registration renewal along with my tire change, I started to drive off back into town, where I currently live. I began hearing a scraping noise and had to complete a full UTURN to return back to their location. Upon returning, I parked the car and looked under my vehicle, where I saw the plastic plate not connected to the underside of my car. I was a little upset that I had to return to see what the loud scraping noise was and was hoping that there wasn't any damage made to the car. I spoke to the guy to checked me out again, and he said that they would fix this issue. I also met the General Manager, (I think his name was Devlin) who apologized for the issue of them not reattaching the plate beneath my vehicle. I also had to call Devlin a second time because after they fixed the issue with the plate scraping the ground, I also noticed that they did not reset the maintenance light on my car. Devlin apologized again, and told me that the next time I come to this location for an oil change, he would go ahead and offer a $25 discount towards my oil change for the issue of them not properly securing the bottom plate of my car. I was super thankful for this offer and told him that I will see him when it was time for another oil change. Had the team not forgotten to attach the bottom plate to my car, I would have rated them with a higher score, but since I had to drive back after hearing a loud scrapping noise, I wanted to make sure that I came back, in case any damage was made to my car.

The change was done within ten minutes as promised and they ensured other fluids were topped off.
