After they changed the coolant, there was an immediate loud noise. My car was overheating. The response was to ask me what was the noise. My car ran fine before I came in there. They completely did the coolant exchange again. My car stalled on the way home after overheating. I a repair shop and I'm now sitting on $3000 worth of damage done . That's not including the $300 bill from take five nor the $200 tow truck bill. They have turned my claim over to a third-party group who refuses to respond or doing anything to help. Needless to say, I will never return to take five again. I would highly recommend that no one uses this location specifically

As soon as I walked in, it was nice to see how clean and spacious the establishment was. They have a TV, a drink area, and comfortable seats. They also have a mini desk if you want to take your computer and get some work done. I was greeted by Ignacio who was friendly and polite to me. He offered me something to drink and told me to make myself comfortable and that my inspection wouldn't take long. I kid you not, I made me a coffee and sat down for like 3 minutes and Ignacio came out saying it was done, just like he said. That's how fast they were!! Omar was super nice and super patient with me and gave me a run-down on things my car will need in the future. Only reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because they accidentally disconnected my front crash sensor wire (I'm pretty sure the guy that did the oil change was new) but it was a quick fix, so it wasn't too much to worry about. I was immediately greeted by Gianni and offered a bottle of ice cold water, perfect on a 100 degree day. The change was done within ten minutes as promised and they ensured other fluids were topped off. I was offered the opportunity to change out my air filter but felt it was too early in its life to do so. The young lad let me know if I came back with a filter purchased elsewhere on another day they would install at no charge. All in all service is outstanding and the price is right.
