I went for a state inspection so I really didn't get any major work done but I was very pleased about how professional, polite, and prompt my inspection was done. As soon as I walked in, it was nice to see how clean and spacious the establishment was. They have a TV, a drink area, and comfortable seats. They also have a mini desk if you want to take your computer and get some work done. I was greeted by Ignacio who was friendly and polite to me. He offered me something to drink and told me to make myself comfortable and that my inspection wouldn't take long. I kid you not, I made me a coffee and sat down for like 3 minutes and Ignacio came out saying it was done, just like he said. That's how fast they were!! When I first came here, Eli made me feel like I was at home. I really like their customer service and honest opinions. I didn't feel like they are trying to cheat me or up charge me. They fixed my belts and I noticed a squeal still, came back and they tweaked it right away. Let me start by saying the service gentleman was very professional. He quoted a price way more than I expected to pay, and I denied service without a problem. I would never pay for my rotors to get replaced if they are still in good enough condition after being resurfaced. The part that I found the most troubling was paying $25 for a brake check. Wonderful experience! I decided last night that I should have my tires rotated and aligned before I traveled out of town. I found this place online and decided this is where I would go. I was there before they opened with my fingers crossed they would be able to do it within my timeframe. I was welcomed in promptly at 8 and on my way very quickly. I also decided to go ahead and get an inspection and a new tire while I was there too. I wasn't super confident I would find a place to do it right on the spot but gave it a shot. Taking care of my vehicles is very important. I am typically am really good at the maintenance but with that being said, I also need services to be quick. I was in desperate need of an oil change but that day I was running around with errands, soccer games, and everything else in between well as soon as I walked in I asked the front desk lady if they were able to do it in less than an hour and she said yes. I did excuse myself and offered to come a different day if I needed to in order to have my oil changed and she simply said to take a sit and not worry. I sat, grabbed a courtesy water bottle and relaxed. Less than an hour later, my car was ready! The oil change was a little more overpriced than I am used to but at that point all I wanted is the work done. They did a great job, were very kind, and am pleased with the work. Came in the other day for an alignment check, and multipoint inspection check. Ignacio tells me it will be a wait of about 1 hour and 30 minutes. It turns out Waited for 3 long hours. Suddenly a mechanic comes up and asks me what is wrong with the car. Like there is no communication with the service desk. I have to repeat myself and say that I need an alignment check and multipoint inspection check. 10 minutes later my car is pulled up and some man gives me an alignment paper that doesn't look right because the top portion which is supposed to show the alignment before and it showed nothing. The man doesn't even tell me if the alignment was fixed or not and did they even do a multipoint inspection? Like I waited 3 long hours just for my car to be ready in 10 minutes and nothing was done to it because the car still pulls to the left. read more

Went here a few weeks ago with a flat. They repaired it. No upsells, said to come back with any problem. I had trouble with several tires going flat, front and back...you guessed it, 5 year old tires needing replacement. I went back to Eli Haddad and asked them to give me their opinion. They did, showed me the wear and concerning tires, had my tire on sale, and asked if I wanted to do two at a time, or all four. I replaced all. Eli handled my rebate, also offered under the sale. They were concerned that my time wasn't wasted, offered to let me bring groceries from nearby Kroger and they would put them in the car; just thoughtful. Shop is clean, very pleasant , always has coffees, water, sodas. I intend to go back for my next regular service. Between the convenient location, Eli's great management and customer service, and honest dealings, why would I go to the dealer on the freeway? Give this location a try. This is the 4th or 5th time of come to Champions be because it's close to more house. They are my go to state inspection place, but they also do a lot more. The repaired my air conditioning and two burned out headlamps. I like that they are reasonable. Once they quoted me an amount, say $500, but when I went to pick up my vehicle the price was not what I was quoted. I told them about the earlier estimate and they immediately apologized and took ownership of the mistake. I paid the original price. It was a extenuating circumstance and wouldn't hold them this accommodation if it's not within reason. The point here is that they are honest people. read more

I'd like to comment on the exceptional service from Eli and his team. I had new brakes installed on my car at another car repair shop right around the corner and had many problems immediately after the repair. They wouldn't help at all. Then I came to Goodyear and Eli said I needed another brake job (which was surprising given that the "other shop" said I needed struts). We went here to receive a quote to fix our car and without even looking at the vehicle and from us just explaining what we thought was wrong they quoted us a ridiculous price and told us what they thought was wrong with the car. (Without ever going outside to even look at the car) we went to another mechanic for a quote and they actually looked at our vehicle, raised it and told us what the issue was because they could actually see the issue. These guys have fantastic customer service and attention to detail and really go the extra mile in a way I've never experienced anywhere else in 59 years. I took my Jeep Wrangler in to have some new tires that I ordered from tire rack and had delivered there for installation. The 35" tiresI had on my Jeep were old and the rubber was very hard. After hours of trying they couldn't get them off. They brought them to another tire shop down the road to try. They couldn't get it done either. They tried another shop that had an "older machine" and after several more hours they were able to remove them. They kept me posted the whole time and didn't charge me a penny extra for what was 5x more work than expected. On top of all that they shined the new tires (two of which were sitting in my garage for a year) so they all matched. It's been 3 years since we moved to Spring with my husband. He is overseas often and I take care of both vehicles oil changes and more. This is the worst place ever! The customer service given by DAVID HILL Service Advisor is HORRIBLE. He screamed at me several times and insinuated I only go to the grocery store. Today I asked him if they could apply a coupon I forgot to give them on Friday, and he told me "I'M NOT YOUR CARE TAKER, NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY, THE GROCERY STORE DOESN'T TAKE COUPONS THE NEXT DAY!" I asked him why he was so rude with me EVERY TIME, and he did not deny it, he just told me to leave and have a good day. He hates women or Hispanic people. I don't know, but I left today almost crying. He will not let any other employee help me NEVER! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DAVID HILL. YOU ARE RUDE, HARASS PEOPLE AND GIVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't go to this shop. Then if you call Goodyear they tell you this is an independent store using their name.
