I am not one who normally, or even likes to criticize the opinions of others. Though I genuinely feel (others agree) that this "Jessica G" character wrote up a slanderous review on purpose. It is true that on Mondays and Tuesdays they are closed, but they are entitled to having their own weekend given that they are open (at times even after their hours say they're closed) on the actual weekend. The employees that work there are honestly habitual, happy, handy helpers. (Is that opinionated? Yes. Is it my opinion? Again, yes. Am I the only one with this opinion? Heavens no, there are dozens of others whom I proudly share that with.) I have always seen them go above and beyond, sacrificing their own personal wants and needs, for the loyal customers that store their belongings at Hilmar Self Storage (myself being one of them). I will finish up by saying rather than basing your opinion of this so-called "Diamond in the Rough" on someone else's review, why don't you head on over and check it out for yourself? They have 10' high walls all around, security cameras and after hours security sensors.
