Tank, the owner, replied pretty immediately and gave me a reasonable quote, so I went with Overhaul Junk Removal. On the day of, I got a message on Yelp and voicemail to let me know they were available earlier than our scheduled 2pm timeframe if I needed. It was actually super convenient because I could run to the storage unit and let Tank into the unit between meetings and get it knocked out early. The owner is super friendly and is a firefighter, with this new business on the side. I felt totally comfortable alone with him at the unit and he sent me the "after" photo once the junk was removed.
