I also found 2 dead rats half eaten like they were fighting and eating each other. with blood all over my boxes, furniture and the floor. The damage to all my belongs was well over 2,500 and the insurance I paid for month is only willing to pay 400. Do not use this storage because it is infested, I can only imagine the damage to everyone else storage here.

I decided to use Penske since uhaul was sold out of trucks, and I'm glad I did. There was a…read moredeposit, $150, that doesn't go toward the final price of the actual service. Other than that it was a great experience. The truck was nice and clean and has a back up mirror. It drives nice and it's not too big and bulky like uhaul. I used a 12' truck. It's located inside of Home Depot tool rental. If you have questions, I'd suggest to call Penske because unfortunately, the Home Depot reps didn't know much. When I had an issue with a charge the rep did call Penske for me though. It's also way cheaper than uhaul. And they have a one hour grace period. I'll definitely use them if I ever have to move again.

After hiring a van, to pick up some heavy products from a local Home Depot store to deliver them to my home, after taking the van back, this dumba$$ forgot to look in the side pocket of the door, to ensure I had everything with me. As it was getting late into the evening, the van was given it's usual inspection, and they confirmed the van didn't have any damage on it, or in it, and I was good to go. The following morning, I received a phone call from the gentleman who'd served me the day previously, and he informed me that I had left my wallet in the side door panel. After dropping off the van, and going back home, I didn't even realize I was without my wallet. I had over $800 in cash, my credit cards, my ID, my UK ID, as well as irreplaceable, and personal keep sakes within my wallet. "Hello, Sir. We have located your wallet within the side door of the vehicle you hired from yesterday. We have placed your wallet in our safe, for safe keeping, ready for you to pick up at your earliest convenience", was all I needed to hear. On returning to the store, EVERYTHING was still in my wallet. EVERYTHING. All my cash. All of my credit cards. My ID's, and keeps sakes. EVERYTHING. I thanked the gentleman who found my wallet, and who'd called me to tell me about my missing wallet, and, of course, I thanked him also by my insistence of giving him a reward for his honesty Losing my wallet would have been a HUGE inconvenience to me, to be able to replace the cards, and ID's. But the keep sakes would have been lost if it wasn't for their honesty (Unfortunately I didn't catch the gentleman's name for me to be able to give him due credit within this review. But I'm sure he knows who I'm writing about if he reads this). And for that alone, I give this company 5* Stars

I've never had a situation where…read morethe rental car center just canceled our reservation because we didn't arrive at our reservation time. The man was rude. He brushed us off like nothing. Didn't let us know. Didn't leave a message. Didn't call. Nothing. We were stranded and had to scramble for a rental car elsewhere.
