I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. After a previous interaction involving my fiancé, I reserved a storage unit online under my own name, paid the required reservation fee, and received a phone call from the facility confirming my reservation and telling me to come in. During that call, I explained that I wanted the unit to store boxes. My purposes for reserving the unit had absolutely nothing to do with my fiancé. When I arrived, the on-site manager, Ronda, immediately informed me that I would not be allowed to rent because of my association with my fiancé. There was no discussion of my application, no opportunity to explain anything further, and no indication before I made the trip that my reservation would not be honored. What makes this especially frustrating is that someone from the facility had already spoken with me by phone before my arrival. If the decision had already been made that I would not be permitted to rent a unit, a simple phone call could have saved me the unnecessary trip, wasted time, and fuel. Instead, I was instructed to come to the facility only to be told upon arrival that I was not allowed on the property. After I escalated the matter to corporate, I was told my reservation fee would be refunded. The most frustrating part wasn't even the refund--it was the way we were treated. Forwarding a confusing internal email stating the fee had been paid by cash or check instead of answering a customer's questions directly, refusing to acknowledge obvious errors, and making us escalate to corporate for a resolution came across as childish, evasive, and deeply unprofessional. Businesses certainly have the right to decide who they rent to. What customers deserve in return is honest communication, respect for their time, and follow-through when a refund has been promised. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with the Seven Hills location, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it. read more

Terrible. Checked online for availability, drove across town to rent a truck and they stop renting at 4pm even though the location closes at 4:30 and employees were just sitting there. Paperwork and rental prep takes no more than ten mins. Save your time, walk your belongings instead of coming here, you'll get there quicker. read more

This was the closest storage to our home. We were able to get a unit that is easy to access and indoors with AC. Ronda is the BIGGEST SWEETHEART! I can not say kind enough words about her. Place is a joke. Closed for lunch. Arrive after. Some guy who is clearly associated with the place in some way or another is stuffing his face and pockets with free countertop candy, loudly talking over people. Interrupting with no consideration for anyone but himself. Real shifty guy. I wanted to store a van. I was asked for the bill of sale which was at home. I asked if proof of insurance was enough. This is a very well-run establishment. Rodger helped us with everything we absolutely needed. He bent over backwards to assist us in every way to make it easier to unload our truck. He gave us a great recommendation for a couple of guys to help us do our unload. It was late in the afternoon and we had to get to the Airport car rental location to pick up a car. We tried Uber but there were no available drivers. Ronda, the storage manager, unbelievably drove us over to pick up our car. That was one of the nicest things we have ever had anybody do for us. We strongly recommend All-Storage at Seven Hills. It is right off of St. Rose Parkway and they have carts to help anyone move their possessions into their storage unit. read more

A diamond in the Seven Hills. It's hard to write an interesting review about a storage unit, but I had to share my experience at All Storage of Seven Hills. First off, the staff here are super helpful. For example...I had to move my stuff here from another location across town and was running short on time, but Ronda and Darren stayed late so I could check-in, sign my paper work, and get everything loaded so I wouldn't have to pay and extra day for the U-Haul. They even honored a free two month move-in special coupon that had expired. Second, the grounds here are very clean and well maintained, plus all the tenants (that I have met) have been very courteous and friendly. The entrance gate adds a nice sense of protection; because you need your security code to both get in and get out. This definitely cuts down on people trying to sneak in behind a large caravan of movers...once you're in, you're stuck. I would recommend this place to friends or family in a heartbeat if they were in need of some extra space. read more

If I could give ZEERO STARS I would. We were late to pick up and they were VERY RUDE about it. With a long exasperated sigh, we were told...we are just about ready to close amd since you're so late we have to open a NEW TICKET. ***another exasperated sigh" you're lucky we weren't already locking the door". We felt rushed and felt BAD! As we left, I took notice of the gas tank, just under 3/4. The instrument panel showed 16.3 miles to the gallon and I drove a total of 57 miles. I did the math according to the mileage and put in $15. The gas tank was EXACTLY where it was when I left. Problem was that I notice then they had marked the mileage wrong at just below a full tank! It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to have used a half a tank of gas. I explained to them and they INSIST I am wrong. I didn't go up an hills and had one light piece of furniture. I even asked if I was better getting the big truck or pickup! Don't use this place. It's bad enough that they over charged but they are RUDE jerks as well! read more

Do it yourself moving is always a hassle, even more so in the summer in Las Vegas. But the staff at All Storage made the U-haul part of the process incredibly easy. Easy in, easy out; friendly and professional employees, clean, smooth running trucks; moving boxes and supplies, even free water bottles! The staff was extra helpful and very nice. I know it seems strange that I would go all the way to Las Vegas just to spend time in a storage unit, but go with me on this: it was worth the trouble. You see, I have a storage unit at home and I've just about had it with them. After seeing this All Storage it kinda put me over the edge, because there are some great perks to this spot that I don't get at home, and I'm in half the space paying much more. First, there's climate control. They have air-conditioned units here. And sure, maybe that's a must in the desert heat of LV, but it's nice all year to know your stuff isn't freezing or thawing or boiling or melting. Second, this place is massive and has the option of roll up garage, or interior spaces. I don't love interior spaces, but as we loaded/unloaded stuff here, they had large dolly carts to use which made it much easier. It's the little things. Have an RV and need shaded parking? Check. They've also got it. One hiccup--we didn't know that you need a code to get in and get out, and that your code won't work on the way out if you didn't use it on the way in. So we just followed another tenant in and then got stuck on the way out and had to go into the office. Just a headsup, but our fault for not knowing. read more

I rented two units and a uhaul from the st rose location and after two weeks was issued a letter stating they are going to cut off the locks and break into my storage unit to steal my belongings! I've been a tenant here for a very very long time and have loved the management here as they were always warm and friendly, they took the time to get to know the regulars who have been here for a long time and they went out of their way to help you if they could. The current management, Dennis & Ronda, seem to be nice people but they don't seem to go out of their way to establish relationships, it's more business which is alright because this is Vegas and I am sure they deal with a lot of interesting people being managers of storage unit. Here its the little things that make them happy, like every unit being paid for on time which I know is not always a reality and then they have to deal with chasing and if no result, then confiscating, auctioning, cleaning and re-renting, none of which is very exciting. Ronda does seem to be a little friendlier (outgoing) then Dennis he sometimes walks by and won't even look at you. A smile goes a long way Dennis. They also have Uhaul trucks and trailers for rent and are very easy to deal with, just need more smiles. With that being said, the office appearance is warm and friendly with lots of junk snacks around to keep anyone happy. This is a place you should come to store or rent from as it has always been a great place. read more

Rented a van yesterday and moved my daughter 1.5 miles away. I received a debit for $37 and 3 hours later another charge for $29 and they tried to push one through for $62 which triggered a fraud alert and shut my debit card down until 10am the next day. When I called uhaul, the lady told me my bill was $29 but it was done? The lady told me to call uhaul and said she emailed me the information and number. That was 3 hours ago and still nothing. My U-Haul wasn't ready 30 minutes after my reservation time, truck wasn't prepared couldn't find the truck, and took over 2 hours to get me a receipt upon returning the vehicle. The employee blatantly told me upon picking up the vehicle that she completely forgot about the reservation and did not have the vehicle ready. I placed the reservation multiple days prior. What more do you need from a storage facility? The place itself is huge with units ranging from all shapes and sizes. Packing up valuable belongings? Safety first! The majority of the facility requires a code to get in. They have it on lock, for real. Got a big truck or RV you need to store? All Storage has got you. Need an air conditioned unit? All Storage has got you. Need boxes? All Storage sells them. It's a bit out of the way, but gives me an excuse to explore another part of town when I make the trek. I also secretly hope that an episode of Storage Wars will be being filmed here every time I pull in. Is that show even on anymore? But alas, no dice just yet. read more

Darren is a manager that puts All Storage 7 Hills financial gain in front of consumer safety. He has conducted a illegal seizure of property from a tenants locker. He is not aware or if he is, he does not adhere to Nevada lien law regarding sales and takes actions into his own jurisdiction. Pat Misiak is the operations manager, she was made aware of Darren's "theft," she is also unaware of the laws governing property but just told me to "sue us" when I demanded my property back. She was aware of how Darren conducted a auction with uncleared firearms over his shoulder and publicly brandished these firearms for display in a confined hallway and seize property that was legally not theirs to take. Be careful here at this location....it is truly the "Wild West" with this management team. read more

This establishment doesn't even deserve a star, they don't deserve a single penny from anyone. We were kicked out, cursed at, threatened, by the manager and his employees. Went in there to rent a dolly and it took the woman over 30 minutes to get something so basic done. I could have done it in 5 minutes or less than 10 minutes. They stuck their tongue out at us and flicked us off. We did call the cops on them because they were threatening us with a gun. When police arrived they didn't allow them to see the cameras. If I had the option of rating zero stars, I definitely would! I had a horrible experience with the wife that manages the property, what an angry biotch!! My daughter and I were moving some of her toys into the unit (simple enough) it took us less than five minutes. I then realized the time, the storage facility locks down at 9pm and an alarm will go off if you are not off of the property in time. Fair enough, except that our garage like door was stuck because a piece of the mechanism broke off and would not allow me to close and lock the door! I attempted to call the office in hopes of reahing an after hours emergeny line... none available! I walked up and down the hallway to see if any signs were posted with instructions on how to handle an after hours emergency or any emergency for that mattter... none available! So I was not going to leave my unit open and unlocked, ofcourse, so we had no choice but to wait for the alarm to go off!! It was loud so we went outside and waited for help! A few minutes later, I look and see an angry, thin haired woman stomping towards me with the biggest attitude!! I explained what happened and that it was not my fault, my daughter and I were stuck because her door broke on my unit!! She proceeded to blame me and chastise me in front of my child like I was one! This heffa told me to pay better attention to the time the next time I come on the property and I told her to pay for better doors on the units so they don't brake and cause unit renters to be on the grounds after hours!! She had a really stank attitude and called her husband to come and fix the door! If she couldn't get the door to work then how in the hell did she think that I could?!? So while her husband worked on my door she stomped off and went back to her above office apartment while talking smack on the way there! Unacceptable, unprofessional! I would definitely go somewhere else unless you can deal with being treated as less than human! read more

Stacey or Tracey (sorry) went above and beyond to help my son and I with a trouble we were experiencing. She was headed home but made sure that we were okay. We rented a truck on 01/21/19. The Caucasian lady at the front desk with brownish, thinning hair asked us how far we were going with the truck and we said to Summerlin and we started estimating miles. She said, "Not that it matters," so we went on our way. We brought the truck back and the shorter, younger receptionist asked me if I wanted the receipt emailed to me and I said sure. My boyfriend handed the keys back and the guy behind the desk, 5'7 with glasses took the keys. My boyfriend asked him if he wanted to check the gas before we leave, because we just put $10 of gas in before we dropped it off, and he said don't worry about it. I later checked my charges and it jumped up from pending charges $81.71 to charged $103.90. I never did get that emailed receipt until today when I called and asked for it. We call and they tell us that they charge by the mile, which was a lie as written above, per the lady, "not that it matters." They also charged us $16.20, 3.6 gallons of gas. The lady on the phone asked us if we asked for an emailed receipt and we said yes. She said when you ask for an emailed receipt, they don't check the gas. We replied that we specifically asked Brian to check the gas and he said, "Don't worry about it." So, apparently Brian didn't do his job. They basically said the only way to rectify their deception is to make a complaint to U-Haul, which we will do. If you want to be deceived, go to All Storage Seven Hills. Make sure you have them check the gas sand ask for a hard copy receipt if you want to hold them accountable. read more

When the lady finally answered, I asked how much would it cost to rent a trailer to go out of state. She can't help me hung up the phone. So they were close enough and I drove in. I have only been there once for a U Haul rental. Place is clean and ladies are nice. They leave the trucks with random amounts of gas left in them and ask that you bring them back at the same amount. I figured I would be the smart guy and take pics of the gas gauge at pickup and drop off and that would protect me from being criminally overcharged for gas. NOPE! Brought it back after they closed and found an extra charge of $30 in gas a few days later. After numerous calls and emails to them and U Haul, no response. Not worth my time anymore to chase $30, but won't use them again for sure. Only time I have been charged for not gassing up the truck from places all over the valley, 10 trucks in the last year. I came here to rent a U-Haul truck from them and when I left, I feel as if I had made new friends. The counter staff was very friendly, courteous, and very polite. Their office was definitely not what I was expecting and I was pleasantly surprised when I walked it to a place that didn't resemble some sort of dungeon. I don't understand these reviews. I have rented 4 trucks over the last 4 years ( my mother is constantly moving!), and I've also purchased their moving supplies. They are always so kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Rhonda & Rodger. I agree it does get busy on weekends, and I've had to wait my turn. but that's anywhere you go. I try to move on weekdays when I can. Some of the other reviewers wrote a negative review because the police was called? This doesn't seem fair. If they had to call the police obviously it was a problem on the renter's part. If I had an issue with a business, I would definitely write a bad review, but never take it so far or be so aggressive that the police became involved. They treated us with anger and disrespect after we were having problem with they elevator was not closing properly an my friend was disabled and was having a really hard time ,which made our move frustrating an time consuming which made us late by 5 mins and alarms started going off an before we could explain an take note this is our first day on the property after paying the rent for the unit. They treated us with the police an would have us arrested and we were trying to explain an they did not want to listen an had us evicted off property an kept our money ! Beware of these people and they storage facility and the district Manger was no help ! So we had to move a full storage unit back out an rent another truck that cost us around $ 400 to move to a new storage in Henderson because the Lady Manger was rude an disrespectful to a disabled person an treating my friend that they would have a disable person arrested an removed from there property!
