However, no one ever answered or returned my calls when I tried to confirm if early pickup was possible. The real issue came after drop-off. We returned the truck exactly at the agreed-upon time and parked it in the same spot we picked it up from, keys locked in the drop box as instructed. The next morning, I got a frantic call saying the truck was "missing." I explained where we left it, but the woman insisted she couldn't find it anywhere on the lot. When I asked if she had checked the lockbox, she admitted she hadn't -- then said she'd call back if there were any issues. I never heard from her again. No apology, no confirmation that the truck was indeed there -- nothing. It was very unprofessional and stressful thinking a U-Haul truck might be missing under my name. Clearly, she hadn't looked properly before calling. If you're renting from this place, make sure to take lots of photos to confirm that you actually returned the truck.

Yesterday I got online saw their amazing prices and I reserved one and within 5 minutes I received a text asking me if I wanted to call them or wait for them to call. So I waited and she was so nice and told me what my next steps were. Which were to come in... so back to my first sentence the staff was amazing down to earth, they made me feel like we are all friends. They showed me the place and just were so honest and happy. And it allowed messed up and had they told me? I would have 2 units ( 1029 & 1032) so bring my other units from other locations that is so far! 102725 I couldn't recall my passcode to access the gate!
