Not a good school! manager very rude! And makes you feel you are a failure , he so charging you insane prices and sometimes over charging and unprofessional the school take a short cut and doesn't not teach you the traffic road rules after 50 lessons I decided to go in a another school and I Discovered lot of the traffic rules and road education were missing from my previous school and that was the reason of my failure ,the new school got me past in 2 months ! the manager Anthony is rude and impolite do not use this company ! Horrible DO NOT GO THERE! The owner Anthony is very unprofessional. We scheduled our grandson for lessons and specifically asked for the same instructor and to please have an instructor that spoke clear English so he can understand them. We received a message from the instructor and we couldn't understand what she was saying. I then called Anthony (the owner) and explained my concern, he said she speaks perfect English and tried to turn it into a racist issue. I said this has nothing to do with racism it has to do with our grandson understanding the person giving him driving lessons. I then asked him who is doing the other lessons, and he gave me a different name, so much for having the same instructor. I asked him how long have they been working for his company and he said they we both new hires. We DO NOT recommend All Suffolk Driving School. read more

Had first lesson today for both of my sons, they have never had lessons, the instructor was more worried that she had misplaced her phone, she yelled at both of my kids and was incredibly distracted. It was a very anxiety producing situation and soured my sons on driving and lesson. An experienced instructor should know better! So much for a calm learning experience. Going elsewhere read more

They were great. My son had failed his road test twice. Grant was fantastic with him. He helped my son become much more confident and competent behind the wheel. He passed his road test thanks to the Grant. The folks at All Suffolk were easy to work with, responsive, and pleasant. read more

All Suffolk Auto school was fantastic for my daughter! Venisha her instructor was kind, patient and courageous! She built up her confidence and didn't miss a moment to show her what is correct and even showed her what bad habits she learned from me! Lol my daughter passed her road test today and I truly owe it all to Venisha at ALL SUFFOLK AUTO SCHOOL! There is NOT one doubt in my mind she would not have passed if it wasn't for her driving instructor! Heck it would take us 25 minutes to get out of the driveway! It's not that long! I am surprised that the school only has 2.8 star rating. But I do feel that you need to have a comparable fit. My daughter hated to drive. But Venisha helped her enjoy driving and brought her to the highway on the first lesson! My heart was pounding just listening to the lesson and what they did and where she took her! I would give ZERO stars if possible. Worse driving school EVER. Made appointment 3 weeks in advance and the driving instructor never showed up. When called to inquire, I was told he is running one hour late. What nonsense. No warning or heads up phone call. Wouldn't use this driving school. Don't waste your time. read more

My first interaction with this company was a little rocky as there was confusion with scheduling and payments, but once everything was situated it was fine. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor, Chelsea was kind, helpful, and the car rides were never awkward as she was able to strike up good conversations. If you do come here ASK FOR CHELSEA! Chelsea was my daughter's instructor on Wednesday, 2/22 and she had a horrible experience. We were told she was kind and patient and experienced - she was none of the above. My daughter came home trembling because she was yelled at and told that she "did bad today". When we complained to the owner, the response was that drivers-in-training need to accept constructive criticism. Apparently our daughter drove into oncoming traffic. However, it was under the guidance and direction of her instructor. The question of not putting a brand new driver (with literally only 30 minutes of instruction the day before) in a situation to make that kind of error didn't even come up. Additionally, Chelsea made her own hours and ended early. Instead of coming at 2:30pm and ending at 3:15pm, she decided to come at 2:20pm and dumped my daughter back off at 3:00pm (40 miserable minutes instead of 45). But hey, none of this is an issue, so call Suffolk Auto today and ask for Chelsea! read more

If it's possible to give a zero star, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid cash and had change left and they refused to refund me back my money. Called the front desk and was told they don't have my records anymore. She then proceeded to tell me she has enough customers and does not care that I'm not satisfied. read more

Unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Instructor seemed drugged. Office manager hung up on me. They charge unreasonable fees and make up rules as they go. Wanted to reschedule a lesson due to heavy rain. Was told that it wasn't raining and that there will be a $30 fee. There is nothing on my receipt about a fee for rescheduling. The school takes short-cuts on the education they provide students, and are unwilling to stand behind delivering the services customers purchase. Anthony Cairo in the Patchogue office is rude and evasive (When I voiced my complaint about the school he was hesitant to give me his last name and asked why I needed it!). I was taught by Martha, and she was amazing - very patient with me as a new driver. She picked me up each week (which was incredibly helpful - especially for my parents), and we drove around. I am the fifth of six kids to take the drivers test, and I am the FIRST to pass the test on the first try!! I especially loved how she taught parallel parking. Overall, it was very helpful and I would highly recommend it. (I bought a package - 6 lessons + they took me to the actual test) read more
