My phone would no longer hold a charge, it kept overheating, there were now tiny white dots on my display, the camera was not functioning properly. I had a diagnostic done by an Apple tech and they informed me that the screen was not put on correctly and as a result all of these issues were now happening, and it would cost DOUBLE what I paid for the screen to fix all of the issues this screen replace caused. I gave the manager a second change to fix it before going to the Apple tech and he tried to charge me for a sensor (which was working fine before he got ahold of my phone). I asked for my money back being that I now needed to pay even more to fix my phone or get a new one and he flat out refused to take any accountability or give me my money back. I am now disputing the charge with my bank and have proof from Apple showing all the damage that was caused. So let me save you the headache and money, do NOT go here! It's rarely ever put on the self service shelf so I have to go up and ask about it. I've received my order printed wrong as separate sheets when It was suppose to be double sided, and every time my double sided sheets are lined up differently so when I cut out the parts I need, it doesn't match up to the back of the design or to how it was printed last time, sometimes I don't even receive confirmation emails/texts about my order. It has become incredibly inconvenient for me even though it's the closet and cheapest options. I'm defeated. I will be going somewhere else now.
