Went to speak with the owner of this phone repair shop in Walmart after the 30 day warranty and unfortunately, he was unwilling to do any form of compensation for me wasting $150 at his store. Highly recommend avoiding this place as the owner seems to care more about making a quick dollar than being an honest business man and being accountable to his customers. Horrible service, zero accountability and knock off parts, that's what you will get if you shop here. And the owner gets all of those high reviews as he asks you to give him a 5 star rating while he is fixing your phone and prior to you even getting it back. My phone would no longer hold a charge, it kept overheating, there were now tiny white dots on my display, the camera was not functioning properly. I had a diagnostic done by an Apple tech and they informed me that the screen was not put on correctly and as a result all of these issues were now happening, and it would cost DOUBLE what I paid for the screen to fix all of the issues this screen replace caused. I gave the manager a second change to fix it before going to the Apple tech and he tried to charge me for a sensor (which was working fine before he got ahold of my phone). I asked for my money back being that I now needed to pay even more to fix my phone or get a new one and he flat out refused to take any accountability or give me my money back. I am now disputing the charge with my bank and have proof from Apple showing all the damage that was caused. So let me save you the headache and money, do NOT go here! The manager is the one who "helped" me and he is not at all knowledgeable about iphones and completely ruined what was once a fully functional phone.
