They installed a dash cam for me. My car setup is a bit problematic because the rear doors aren't the traditional lift gate. I was told up front that the installation was going to be a bit more than a traditional install. The final cost was actually lower than their original quote. Morning of 3/22/22 - The owner Flavius told me the price that he would charge me right before he began working on my car. However, he then waited until the work was completed to tell me that he's now charging me double the price that he originally stated. Whenever you're going to charge a customer more than what you originally quote them, you ALWAYS let the customer know this before you finish the work, so that the customer has the opportunity to choose whether or not they want to pay the new, higher price that you plan to charge. Customers don't like to do business with people who they feel take advantage of them. The work itself took no more than 35 minutes to complete, but the owner (Flavius) saw an opportunity to squeeze more money out of someone that he thought was an easy mark and someone who clearly wasn't from the area. It's a shame that he chose to do business this way because I actually liked the work that he did. But again, customers don't like to do business with people who they feel take advantage of them or rip them off. All that Jazz lost someone who would have been a repeat customer. read more

Flavius is the man. He gave it to me straight-up, regarding what could be done as far as far as an audio upgrade to my 2011 Sorento. I texted Flavius through Yelp late Thursday evening to set up an appointment for the next day. Not only was Flavius responsive, but I was able to bring in my car on Friday afternoon and was able to pick it up few hours later. Flavius walked me through the several options for a few of the CarPlay models and I landed on a sweet model from Sony. Flavius was not trying to just make a sale; he took the time to understand what my needs were and where my budget was at. The only downside? I complained about my new car speakers working improperly after being installed by Best Buy, so my woman sent me here based on location and positive Yelp reviews. I contacted the business on Wednesday night with no clear idea what my issue was other than my radio stopped working and Flavius responded in 10 minutes (if not a little sooner). I told him I'd be in at 9 am on Saturday so he could see what the issue was and he opened his shop up around 8 so I could get in earlier. He took a look at my car, gave me an estimate which sounded great (albeit a little more expensive than I care to type here, but fair considering how weirdly Lexus wired my RX 330) and told me to take my butt home and he'd call me when the work was completed. A few hours later, I had a new head unit installed (which sounded 10x better than my stock unit, which I still don't understand how) and more importantly, SOUND!!! Found out my stereo wasn't working about 24hrs before a long road trip. 7hrs drive each way. It was a 2003 Ford Ranger so I tried to find the aftermarket parts at autozone and pepboys, and look up some videos, my head was spinning. It would've taken me half a day. I called up All That Jazz based on their reviews. The owner got me in right away. Replaced the stereo. Fixed some other minor electrical bugs I had, and sent me on my way in less than 2 hours. I believe I got lucky, and would never expect service that fast. But it was great that it happened! Myself and, by extension, my car are pains in the ass. Nothing is ever straightforward or "easy". My Viper remote start likes to stop working occasionally. Usually I send Flavius a message, he gives me a tip and it works. Sometimes it doesn't. He was able to pop out to my car on the fly and resolve (replace) the problem in under 10 minutes.
