We always visit All the Best Pet Care for our dogs' birthdays as we love the birthday goodie and discount we get for spending on our fur babies. We visited the Edmonds location as we were in the area and it was just so funny to see my little birthday boy know immediately where he was and try to head off into the the left section of the store as other stores have the treats on that side. Once he saw no treat buckets, he went to the cashiers and gave them a sit while staring longingly at them for treats, the smart little guy. Of course, the staff were not only very kind when greeting us but also entertaining our birthday boy with a treat as well as our other dog. He went to the next cashier who was checking someone out and sat down for them too and again, he was given some treats so thank you to the sweet and considerate staff at the Edmonds location! The birthday boy got his favorite stuffed duck and we appreciate that they carry the only brand that can withstand our boy's aggressive play. Additionally, he got to pick his treats and he went with these cute gingerbread looking ones that are bacon flavored. The store is well organized and maintained and with the perfect amount of brightness. Of course, the staff kindly remind us if we had any questions then we could ask. But for the most part, it was very easy to navigate through the store. Another fantastic visit to All the Best Pet Care to a new location but the same hospitality, access to quality products and fair prices. read more

I love this place! My greyhound, Koshi, makes a stop here nearly every day for butt scratches and treats. The staff treat him like family: Michelle, Danielle, Lalita, Alana, Hayley, and Kieran always make our obligatory stop such a nice respite. Today is one of our dogs' birthday, and I am glad we decided to visit All The Best Pet Care, Edmonds. We have been the customers of Petco for the past five years, but no more! We were amazed by their vast collection of pet stuff and outstanding customer service. We came home with many goodies for our four fur kids at home, along with a thoughtful birthday gift basket provided by the staff! They gave us a new member gift basket too, even though we later realized that I was already a member. Little things like these, indeed, succeed in winning hearts. I like this pet store if I can give that a separate rating for the store it would be 5 stars. For one employee Felicia she could maybe use some basic customer service training. We just inconvenience her that we didn't tell her ahead of time that it's our pets birthday and she already ran our payment, now she has to go back again and apply the discount, we just made her job so difficult. This is the reaction we got when we asked if we get any goodies for our pets birthday, and she said why didn't I tell her ahead of time. See the hassle that we just gave her! And the birthday discount only applied on one item out of every thing we bought so she didn't even had to do the whole transaction. I've been shopping at All the Best in Edmonds for about 5 years now. The staff is always so helpful and pleasant. They have a good selection of high quality treats as well as healthy goodies in the freezer that my dogs love. Plus they always offer samples! They are one of the only shops in the area that carries the brand of dog food that I feed my 3 labs. They love going into All the Best to pick out treats or a toy and I love that I can weigh them on the scale. All the Best is my local go to! read more

Every other food we had tried triggered his IBD, even the prescribed ones. He was losing weight fast. Felicia helped me pick out a cat food and it ended up being the first one to not trigger his IBD! It was my second time at this shop, and the cashier Sam (or maybe Sammy) was super nice. He went above and beyond to get my dog her birthday gift for her adopt-aversary. He thoroughly explained the benefits of having our number/info in the system and went over the return policy, without me having to have asked. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. It seems like he really enjoys his job! Thanks to Sam, I will definitely be returning to this shop even though it's a little bit farther away than my normal pet food store. Eh. All the employees except for one girl are NOT very friendly/helpful. Even then, the one girl isn't exactly the friendliest employee either. I don't know what it is about this location, but the Greenwood and the Ballard locations have wonderful staff, sometimes almost too enthusiastic/helpful! No complaints though, I prefer that over "I'm-too -cool-to-work-here" vibe at this Edmonds location. Every time I come in, no one greets the customers, no one is out on the floor helping customers except to chat around in the cash register area, and even during checkout they rarely express emotions, not even a fake one. read more

I have enjoyed coming to this store for years. I am a bit surprised at some of the less than positive reviews of the customer service at this particular store. I have always found the staff to be very helpful. Rebecca, Haley, Ariel and Alan (moved to a different store now) are always helpful and yet not pushy and over-eager. They say hello when I walk in but don't scream "Hi!" from across the store. I understand some people like that kind of exuberance. I find it insincere. The staff educates me on the products I may need, (Rebecca showed me a great dry shampoo product which has worked out beautifully) and they make sure I get whatever I need and that I have been well taken care of. I love this place, and I love that it is so close to my house. We adopted our cats from a feral cat rescue that goes through All The Best, and have been coming here ever since for their food and treats. The staff here is incredibly friendly and knowledgable - and patient. They listen to your questions and concerns, and genuinely want to make sure you're buying the best food for your pet(s). They have an excellent return/exchange policy, and a wide variety of quality, healthy food for both dogs and cats.
