    Non alcoholic beer
    Whitney D.

All the Bitter is a non-alcoholic tasting room and bottle shop. It's in an industrial area and the shop is set back from the road, but there is a sign they put out that directs you to the shop. They have their bitters that you can sample as well as other brands of non-alcoholic spirits. If you are looking to cut back on drinking or looking for non-alcoholic alternatives you should check this place out. They have kits to make popular non-alcoholic cocktails like a margarita or old fashioned. If you buy the kit there is a bit of a discount. The staff were very attentive and knew a lot about flavors. They have non-alcoholic wine, beer, you name it. If you choose to taste some of their beverages go in with an open mind, these are non-alcoholic and will taste differently than alcoholic drinks. They also have drinks with kava if you're looking for something different. I got the lavender bitters, and if you buy them at the shop you get a 10% discount. I'll definitely be back to buy the NA wine next time.

Smiling ear-to-ear after a wonderful afternoon with Ian and the All the Bitter team! And look at all that PRODUCT!

I have been a huge fan of All the Bitter for a couple years now and was SO excited for them to open a storefront near me. When I tell you that making the drive from Sac to Chico was SO worth it because of this company, I wholeheartedly mean it. I joined them for their opening and was welcomed in the nicest way. I was smiling ear to ear (my best friend told me so lol) finally getting to support and meet those at this amazing company I loved. Everyone was sooo nice! It was such a lovely store. My GOODNESS the selection was INSANE. I've been alcoholic-free for going on 6 years now and I felt like a kid in a candy store! I was so stoked to actually do a bunch of tastings too! Everyone is also so knowledgeable and good-natured I took so much home and will definitely be back. Thank you for being wonderful humans and supporting the NA community. We are incredibly lucky to have you! P.S. I wish I'd taken more pics, but I was super in the moment!

SUCH a cute place. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. It was like a wine-tasting experience, but lots more variety. We got to try soda water with three types of bitters and enjoy a full cup of our favorite while exploring. We got to try four different mocktails made with the nonalcoholic spirits, one of them with kava. Then we tried three different red and three different white nonalcoholic wines. We got to try them with the different bitters too which adds a nice touch. Overall, this was a wonderful inclusive experience and I highly recommend giving it a try.

Information cards provided with the sample bitter pack that I purchased.

Not only is their wine and champagne fantastic (organic-sulphate free!), it's also ideal for the kind of quaint and intimate gathering I was desiring. Everywhere I turned, there was a sweet face to converse and catch-up with. We brought in a great musician to play his saxophone while we all danced around. And my charcuterie spread was of the chain, fantastic. It covered a whole dining table. My favorite was enjoying my apricot and cream filled cake from nearby Upper Crust Bakery. Their server was on point. She kept everyone's champagne glasses full, which was crucial on this hot summer's evening. I wish I could party like this every weekend. It felt like a real Napa-Chico experience. I'd recommend to anyone to have their special event here. Thank you LaRocca, I'll be back! -Prairie

Highly acidic flat wine that had a few varieties in bottle. We choked our way thru the first tasting and apologized to the staff member " it just wasn't our flavor". I paid the full fare and he denied it. I apologized again and left it in his tip jar for two tasting and a glass. This winery has been around since the 80's. The tasting room was a bit cluttered and a nice tasting bar but staff not the wine held our attention. Maybe there's reason why wine has improved since the Dawn of time.

The historic Thompson House is the perfect backdrop for wine tasting. The thing I love most about MFC is that it doesn't feel like a wine bar. It's got wine and a bar... but it feels like you're hanging out at your trendy friend's house. There's a living room area with fireplace, a dining room, a front porch with a cafe table & chairs, and big front lawn with Adirondack chairs in pairs & quads. Truly a choose your own pleasure! We couldn't pass up the perfect late spring afternoon, so I sunk into a deep Adirondack chair and enjoyed my wine tasting al fresco. The neon sign in the front window is the cutest, and just added to the overall vibe. Chuck was so hospitable, and brought me each pour from his post behind the bar inside. He gave insight into each wine, and then disappeared so I could enjoy at my own pace. MFC is very dog friendly, inside too, but I can't think of anywhere I've been in recent memory that was more perfect than wine tasting here on the front lawn with my pup in my lap. The tasting room was pretty busy, but Tom took great care of us and helped us find a table. He walked us through the tasting, gave us some great recommendations, and shared the history of the winery, including their Napa vineyard where the grapes are grown and the wine is produced. The wines were all really good, and we enjoyed trying a nice variety. They also have a good food menu, but during our visit we only ordered the charcuterie board, which paired well with the wines. This tasting room is looking to provide high quality service that people would expect from more established wineries and they are doing it right. I've been here 4 times by the time of writing this review and the experiences have all been fantastic. All the staff really do invest in the guests. Very knowledgeable about the wine and dishes. They take the time to really break down the wine and food if you don't know your stuff like me. They check up on you frequently! I really enjoyed the Carmenere wine. It's not as dry and is easily palatable for people who don't usually prefer red wines. I'm not super knowledgable in wine, but the flavors were earthy and slightly dark fruity taste. Some nights they have live music or events to meet the owners. Can't wait to see how the vineyard turns out if this is just a sneak peak of what's to come!
