We went to a birthday party, all went okay except (my son said they guy didn't want to change out the game for him bc they are nit allowed to touch the disc) until they left, they knocked over the brick mailbox and wouldn't give the customer their insurance info, the guy wouldn't even get out of the truck, left his pregnant wife who is very far along to deal with it, said they didn't have time to deal with this and took off, now they won't answer any form of communication, even from the police. You think they would had least gave them back their money so it could go towards the new mailbox that they now have to get. 2nd review: I also booked them for a party the first time and they were over an hour late, had to keep the kids longer so they could play thankfully the parents let them stay, they never called to leave a message, I kept calling them, finally they answered and said they were coming and they would make it up, gave me a little discount. read more

There is a reason they are not a 5 star company. the customer service is beyond inappropriate. the "wife" and owner is terribly unprofessional and when they didn't show up for the contracted time. went upon themselves and found companies owned by other patrons to slander on Facebook. Booking was easy, they were flexible and I secured dates for two experiences. The kids enjoyed it, but we felt the game coach makes a big impact on your experience. The first booking we had a young man and he was great! He was engaged and readily available to help, I was happy to tip him accordingly. The second event the children and I both felt asking for help was an inconvenience to the two coaches. Many of the games they played the first time (April) were not available at our second event. I asked, and offered Wi-Fi so the kids could play specific games (Fortnite) and it was dismissed because of "updates". The truck was parked with the outdoor tvs pointing into the sun Before they parked, I mentioned it worked better the other way. I was disappointed with our second event, and would recommend you request the younger guy to be the game host. They have a great product, but didn't deliver with customer support/service. read more

If I could give one star to Game Time Mobile I would. I booked an hour and a half package. It took the staff member an hour to update the gaming systems in order for the children to play ANYTHING. The console controllers were not charged, broken or needed batteries therefore not all the children could play at the same time. One of the TV in the truck was not operational and the exterior TV's and gaming consoles were not setup. Because the service I booked was not provided the day of the party the owner (Lauren) said she wouldn't charge me the remaining balance. A week after the party she did charge my credit card the remaining balance. This merchant doesn't communicate well, doesn't provide services as agreed upon and the customer service is tremendously lacking. I will never use this merchant again. read more

Let be start by saying this was tons of fun. The truck was clean, the ambiance was great, the entire group had a great time, even if they aren't into video games. The driver was VERY nice and helpful. Our entire crowd was adults (over 25 years old), one 14 year old kiddo, and one 2 year old. That said, I just can't give 5 stars. The driver called me about 25 minutes before they were supposed to be here to let me know they would arrive at 2:20 for a 2:30 party. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. They did not arrive until 2:35, and then took about 10 minutes to park to truck (we live in the city...only parallel parking on these streets). Then, when we got into the truck (super cool BTW), we got 2 of the 4 tvs going quickly, but the third never ended up working and the 4th took a while. Unfortunately, it was the guest of honor that lost out on play time. Very upsetting, especially when we were still kicked out promptly at 3:30. So, here's the thing. I get it. You have a schedule to stick to so we gotta get out, but nothing was ever said. No apology for being late or for the TV/game not working, and no offer for any credit or money back. I would totally recommend this company and we did have a great time, but don't expect to have 2 hours of play time even though that's what you pay for. read more

We had younger children at the part as well and they had the patience one would need to work with that age group. They won't return phone calls, only reply to emails. We registered for a laser tag party. Their website states 16 guns in one place and 18 in another. We based our party size on the 16. We first left a VM about number of guns, no return call. Later, we emailed to find out how many guns they would bring -- they stated they only had 13 and a few were broken. When they showed up, maybe 10 worked well. They furnished about 7 bunkers and our yard is 1 acre. My husband complained about not having enough guns, so they threw in the game truck. Some of the games weren't working. At least the kids still had fun, even though a few complained about the equipment. I would not recommend them since we paid $440 (3 hours) and did not have enough equipment that worked well. read more
