They did add us and the bounce house was a huge success and even though it started raining just as the event ended the kids had a blast playing in the two bounce houses. They came to pick them up and it was still raining but they were able to fold them up and get them loaded very quickly even though the bounce houses were full of water. Because my thought to rent a water slide was sort of last-minute, I thought I would be out of luck - Not so! I worked with Matthew who was very accommodating and made it all happen. In addition to the water slide, I also ordered a snow cone machine with all the flavors. Matthew arrived early and got everything set up and tested. It all went very smooth and the kids had the time of their life. The snow cone machine also came with cups and scoop which was very helpful! Matthew and I agreed on a time for pickup, and he was there when he said he would be - Got everything taken down and loaded up in no time at all. He insured we had everything we needed (even threw in some extra chairs!) and picked up promptly after the weekend use. All the items were in very good condition and of course needed some pre-cleaning/wiped down, but that is normal when using rental material.
