I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

Asha rental themselves asked us that they cud help us with the set up of stage a day in advance as the clubhouse was available for us by then. They did this with absolutely no extra charges. Unfortunately the clubhouse got booked for Aug 29 which we were not aware of and Asha rental guys who had come on Aug 29 morning , for giving us the extra day for preparations, had to carry back their stuff without being able to set it up for us.
