The best shop in the bay . I order a last minute flower arraignment for a birthday gift, Nelly just delivered the most beautiful and breathtaking flowers. Made a mother very happy. And due to a tight schedule on my part, Nelly was kind and accommodating, she not only did an amazing job with the flowers but also added a box of chocolates to the order. I've ordered all the prom bouquets and corsages from Neli. She's very helpful and creates exactly what you're looking for. Just days ago, my son's date changed her dress last minute and Neli made the change with no problem. This is the prom bouquet that I got days ago.
Neli was SO beyond helpful when my mother and I rushed in at the last minute for my custom wedding bouquet and boutonnière. She offered advice re: which flowers would last through the ceremony, and talked about how to care for them before and after the reception. Not only were the flowers beautiful, but the price was so reasonable, too. Can't wait to preserve them. They're gorgeous!
This was our first time using Flora Art And Decor and it will not be our last. With less than 4 weeks before a backyard wedding, we were in desperate need of assistance and Neli was incredible from when we walked in to the day of the wedding. She noticed a natural arch in the trees in our backyard and suggested three arrangements on the trees to frame the bride and groom. All the flowers she did from the bridal bouquet, boutineer, bud vases, two table arrangements, and the chair and easel flowers were all stunning. Everyone commented on the flowers and they definititely made the wedding spectacular. Neli even came and set up all the flowers the day of the wedding. We were beyond pleased with her guidance, suggestions, and perfect execution and friendly manner. We will be back!
We went in for a last minute wedding bouquet. She was super thorough asking for bouquet inspiration pics as well as photos of the dress to make sure colors don't clash. She asked for preference on how tight we wanted the florals, the type of greenery/shade of green, as well as how we wanted to stems bound together. Highly recommended for all your floral needs!

My arrangements came out perfect and even better than I imagined, even though I ordered them only 2 days prior to the event. The selection of flowers is vast, and Neli pays extremely close attention to detail to ensure the orders and designs are nothing less than perfect. I am still so in love with my bridal bouquet and it's one of the things I constantly admire when looking back at our wedding photos. It was such an extremely beautiful arrangement. Wow! I'm not sure if words can sum up what a stellar shop this, but I'm willing to try. I am a regular here and there is a very good reason. Scratch that, there are several reasons. 1) The variety of quality cut flowers that this shop gets is out of this world. They also have relationships with the growers so they are able to get them faster than other places, meaning they are fresher and last longer. 2) The potted plants and sundries sold here are delightful. They specifically try to get items from local artists, and it all blends together beautifully in a form of harmonious eclecticism. 3) The customer service. I could (and have) spend hours talking with the owner about plants and life. Her genuine love of all things green and leafy is contagious. If you aren't already a plant lover, you'll leave one! Definitely drop in - you won't go home disappointed or empty handed!
What a class act! I arranged to send a "get well" floral arrangement within 24 hours to a colleague. The online transaction was very easy and left me with plenty of nice choices. Delivery was prompt and I not only received a confirmation but a photo of the arrangement that was delivered. Thank you!
I placed an order for delivery. I saw the photos and thought the arrangements were beautiful. I purposely bought the most expensive arrangement size because it didn't show any of the smaller size to compare. I assumed that the picture advertise will be the largest arrangement so that's what I bought. For this to be the Premium size it's very underwhelming from what is shown on the website. For the amount of money I paid, I feel like I got a Standard size instead of Premium. Definitely a lot smaller than what I expected. I still gave it four stars because it's still a beautiful arrangement and my Mom did loved it for her Birthday, I just wish I would have just bought the smaller size and save the $50. I would still order from again, but just not Premium anymore.

More gorgeous blooms from FloralArt And Decor! I am a long-time client of Neli's shop (10 years!) and hers is the only place I will shop for flowers. Neli's flowers are consistently fresh, and she carries some incredibly unique varieties. Not only are her flowers top notch, her customer service is too. When I first met Neli I was interested in creating my own arrangements so she generously gave me a tutorial on flower arranging so I could make my own for Thanksgiving. She's really great at guiding me through what works well together while also letting my creativity do the picking, and recently when she didn't have what I was looking for she offered to source them from the mart for me the next morning. Neli will also teach you how to trim and treat your flowers to make them last longer, which keeps you from going back too soon for more ;) I shop at Neli's for Teacher Appreciation week, holiday arrangements, bouquets to deliver to friends, and everyday creations for my home. 1/5 stars -- Completely different arrangement and disappointing customer service I paid $285.10 total expecting the elegant, soft-toned Premium arrangement shown on their website. What was delivered looked substantially different and was dominated by 10 bright pink tulips, completely changing the overall color balance and aesthetic of the design I selected. When I contacted the florist, Neli explained that tulips were present in the back of the original design. A few tulip buds are barely visible in the background of the website photo, but they are clearly not a dominant feature. In the delivered arrangement, they became one of the main visual elements. Instead of addressing the design mismatch, I received an itemized explanation of how expensive the flowers were and was told they "cannot afford to refund orders." Their own substitution policy says the style and theme will be preserved. In my experience, they were not. I'm attaching the website photo and the delivered arrangement so customers can judge for themselves. If you expect the arrangement you choose online to reasonably resemble what is delivered, I would look elsewhere. , , Update in response to the owner's reply: Neli, your reply completely misses the point. I didn't pay $285 for a hidden "treasure hunt" of expensive flowers buried under a wall of heavy, fully opened pink tulips that completely changed the design and color palette. If a same-day order requires such a significant change to the overall aesthetic of the arrangement, a professional florist should contact the customer first and ask for approval rather than simply making the substitution. And yes, your suggestion that I explore other florists is one piece of advice I will definitely follow. Future customers can decide for themselves whether this level of substitution and customer service is acceptable to them. read more

Neli is simply the best. She did the flowers for my daughter's bat mitzvah and they were gorgeous. She suggested different flowers that were similar to what we had in mind but more cost effective. The flowers were stunning and in little mason jars with ribbons and small boxes. I can't imagine a more beautiful floral shop with a more talented person at the helm. We were sadly in need of floral delivery for a funeral during the Covid shutdown in April. I was having trouble finding a local florist who was open but then got lucky when I called Floral Art. The young woman who assisted me was working remotely but listened carefully to what I had in mind. She made an extra big effort to find the type of flowers I wanted and she created a stunning and perfect arrangement. I honestly cannot believe how amazing these flowers are. My partner brought home a bouquet on the 23rd for my birthday. It is July 5th today (day 13) and the flowers are still standing. They are looking a bit wilted but hello it's day 13?! Not one rose petal has separated and fallen off the bud. How are these flowers not rotting in my compost bin already? I have also never seen a rose bloom as fully as the roses from FloralArt + Decor bloomed. Every single rose bloomed fully to a size covering almost my entire open hand. They are actually worth every single dollar, prob even more. Other bouquets I received on the same day were dead and trashed by the 28th-29th. (day 5-6) These are all still intact. Jesus Christ, what is in these flowers? I really love that my birthday bouquet came from this florist and will request a bouquet from this florist every year. The entire house smelled great for almost two weeks! Thank you! I actually asked my partner for the name of the florist because I was so blown away by the quality of these flowers and wanted to leave a well-deserved review. read more

On Monday evening, I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday which is today. Despite the short notice and my very vague instructions, Neli created the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. I was completely blown away when I saw the flowers. When I ordered the flowers, the only thing I told Neli was that I wanted rainbow colors but no pink. I didn't even know what types of flowers I wanted. My mom loved the flowers and she is extremely hard to impress. Even though I chose rainbow colors because that was the theme for my mom's party, I'd order this arrangement for any occasion because it is so beautiful. Thank you so much Neli! read more
