The history: I purchased one Hi-Rizer in the spring and was delighted with how well it solved my Kitchen Aide issue. Unfortunately, after a handful of uses, both parts broke into many pieces. The evening I discovered the issue I got right online and ordered three more Hi Rizers. I was expecting a visitor for the weekend and we had planned to bake together, I went to the store for washers - which turned out to be a successful and far less expensive fix. In the morning I called Mr. Mixer and a gentleman told me that sometimes the Hi Rizers break. When asked if they were warrantied, he said he would charge me for two new Hi Rizers and send three. I inquired as to whether he would be able to overnight them to me for the weekend of baking and was told "We have tried that before and the shipper can't do it." As the company is located in Douglass, Kansas, I looked up whether overnight mail delivery via US Mail is available there and, in fact, it is. Two strikes.
