They have a huge selection of dresses, my try-on/selection visit was wonderful - Cindy and the staff were extremely helpful, let me take the time I needed, and answered all my questions. I bought two dresses (2-day wedding weekend) and they arrived on time and as expected, with minimal alterations needed. When I went to try them on and take them, again Cindy was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. I cannot recommend this shop enough for wedding gown needs. There was also a good selection of veils and other accessories, and other beautiful, formal gowns as well. I will go back to this shop if I ever need an evening gown! read more

I am so upset that I chose this location as my first bridal appointment. I won't say it was a waste of time solely because it showed me what I do not want and how I do not deserve to be treated. It was never communicated to me that my appointment was their "sale day." Due to this reason, I was only able to try on dresses from their limited sale rack. They would not let my maid of honor take any pictures of any of the dresses I tried on and restricted her from pulling dresses off the rack that we were willing to pay full price for. On our way out the door, the owner was extremely rude to me (the bride). I was nearly in tears, and highly recommend that you avoid this place if you are a bride to be. read more

I was hesitant to visit this shop originally because it had so-so reviews. However it was one of only a few shops in the area that carry All Who Wander dresses and I had a couple that I just had to try on before I could make a final decision. I was going to be in the area anyway from a couple of hours away so I made an appointment. I loved that they set up a call prior to the appointment in which I was able to talk about what I was looking for and what I did and did not like about certain dresses. They explained their try on process and pricing all on the phone prior to the appointment. I really appreciated this as I was coming in from a few hours and that made me feel like they were really out to make the most of the time of my appointment. Once I arrived I met Cheyanne who was my consultant and I believe Carly who was helping her. First off I want to say that from the very beginning I felt like Cheyanne was one of my best friends. They go through the dress racks with you and let you pick some dresses and then you start the try on process. If you like the dress she will set it aside to try on again once you've narrowed some down. The consultant will also go out and pick some additional dresses based on what you do and don't like about the ones already tried on. Cheyenne was able to help me find a slim a-line with no poof (next to impossible). I honestly had thought I was being too picky prior to coming to this shop. They didn't make me try on anything I didn't like or upsell me on other items. After I fell in love and said yes to the dress, there was yet another surprise! The dress I had tried on fit almost perfect, had been discontinued and had a great discount! I have to say it was one of the most pristine sample dresses that I have seen in this entire dress buying process! And I pay attention to detail and never thought I could find a perfect sample. After getting everything wrapped up and saying goodbye to my new besties the owner Cindy was kind enough to take us across the street to her other store to use the bathroom since the one at the bridal store was occupied. Yes, I said YES TO THE DRESS at All Things Bridal! We came back in November that happened to fall on a weekend they were having a trunk show. The team was extremely helpful from the beginning when it came to booking an appointment and selecting dresses in advance that I was wanting to try on. When we arrived to our appointment, they had all the dresses I preselected ready plus a few others they felt I might like based on my style preference. Anna was our gown guide on our visit and guided me through the best process when it came to narrowing down between all the options. We moved at what felt like lightning speed trying them all on but Anna kept things SO incredibly organized when it came to dress order of preference. Once we narrowed them down, she knew exactly which ones to try on in comparison to to make it easy to eliminate the not the ones and get us closer to the one. I don't know how she did it, but she did and I was impressed!! And then it happened, we narrowed it down to top three and I tried on one again for probably like the 3rd time and there I was filled with every emotion you should feel and I had found the one! I said YES! We cried. We took pictures. The team cheered us with champagne and I sent Mom over to pay LOL After ordering, Cindy kept us in the loop every time she had a new announcement on my dress progress. About a month after ordering she confirmed that it was set to arrive end of April or early May. So when I received a call from them mid-March saying my dress had arrived I was beyond thrilled and relieved! Made an appointment to pick it up to give it my final check (you have a 10 day grace period where it can be sent back to the designer to repair any defects) and to give it a try on in my size. Kelly helped us on this visit and checked the dress over with me and gave my future sister in law a best tutorial on how to get me in the dress on wedding day. 4 months later, I still had all the feels. I'm so excited to wear it on August 1, 2021! From start to finish I had a wonderful experience at All Things Bridal. If I could, I would not give any stars. FIRST OF ALL, they don't have ALL THINGS BRIDAL, just gowns. CINDY, the owner, is absolutely the most obnoxious person I have met in my many years of dealing in retail. Everything was push and shove in their favor and not accomodating the customer. When I questioned the fact that my gown wasn't delivered as promised, and wouldn't be for at least another week or so? CINDY called me HOSTILE and hung up on me after screaming in my ear. THIS STORE SHOULD BE RENAMED AS UNFORTUNATELY BRIDAL because whenever I was asked to make appointments, they would say UNFORTUNATELY THAT ISN'T A GOOD TIME FOR US. ALSO, beware of hidden charges. I was kindly greeted by all the staff who helped me through the process of picking my dress out. just got off the phone with one of their reps. I had scheduled an appt for my one bridesmaid to come in and try on and possibly buy a bridesmaids dress. I was called yesterday and told I would have to pay $300 for a luxury appt since that's what a bridesmaid appt is considered and cancelled my appt for next Wednesday. That did not feel right for me. So I called them back today and spoke with the same rep who informed the reason behind this is due to being short staffed and also so people do not waste their time. I was shocked to hear that. I can emphasize with them about short staffed, used to work retail myself. However when it comes down to saying they had several people come in to try on dresses, get their measurements and than not order the dresses through them by wasting their time. That's so unprofessional. Especially in the bridal industry when you want you're people to feel and look good. So please be advised if you want a bridesmaid appt with them, you will now have to have a luxury appt even if it's only one of them coming. Or you won't be seen due to wasting their time. I guess that's how they still make a buck if you don't find something there. They just lost a huge sale. read more

I bought my dress from ATB over a year ago and I had it customized with Casablanca. In the process of customizing it, All Things Bridal helped with making sure it was exactly what I wanted. There were some issues with the length after Casablanca customized it, and Hahn the in-house seamstress worked her magic and got it to be exactly where the hem should have been. Kelly, and Cindy the owner we're also very helpful and answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them)! I had my wedding last Friday, and everyone kept saying all night how perfect it was. Terrible first impression. I am from the northeast originally, but now live in CA. My family lives here and I am home for the holidays and taking the opportunity to go dress shopping with them for bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses. I called this store and also asked them if they had my wedding dress there. I have already purchased mine in CA, but wanted my mother and sister to see it. The girl told me that I wouldn't be able to try it on. I asked her why? She said, "Because you're not going to purchase it from us." What a terrible, awful response! We are still potential customers and I just wanted to be able to share the experience of my mother and sister seeing me in the wedding dress I selected, since we live across the country from each other and couldn't share the experience together in the first place. I had high hopes for All things Bridal as it is a small boutique near where I live however it was a sub par experience from the get go. My family and I went to try on wedding dresses and we were rushed through our appointment the minute we walked in. we were the only ones in the store yet everything was just go go go. I advised them my budget was $2000 (which I thought was pretty good) yet they turned their nose up at that. They did not even use clips in order to fit the dress to my body, instead they stuffed a cylindrical shaped pillow down my back in between my skin and the dress! never have I ever had a dress shop do something like that-it was incredibly weird. I did not like how they dont have mirrors in the dressing room. When I walked out, my family was seeing the dress before I even saw it on myself first. They rushed me through the appointment and at the end were trying to see my family members more on a mother of the bride dress and bridesmaid dress more than my wedding dress. Will never go back there and wont advise any friends or family to go there either. read more

Not sure about the dresses but the customer service leaves much to be desired here. I stopped in today to look at shoes and other accessories for my wedding. The dark haired woman at the counter asked if I would mind removing my shoes because salt and snow from Saturday's storm was making the floor dirty. I looked over at what was obviously a bunch of girls who had just finished their appointment. They were sorting through a heap of boots and shoes by the front door, and awkwardly trying to pull them on. I did not see, nor was I offered a pair of slippers or anything else for my feet. I looked at the dirty floor and thought, "She expects me to walk around in my socks on her cold, dirty floor???? "Yes as a matter of fact I do mind", I said, and walked out. Word of advice; if you are worried about your floors getting dirty and ruining dresses in your store then grab a vacuum cleaner and sweep up in between customers! You don't ask us to compensate for your laziness. This is the northeast. Snow and salt happen! Get used to it. At the very least, offer some alternative options like slippers. I didn't get dressed up and come to a fancy bridal boutique to trod around in my socks on dirty floors. Unreal! read more

My daughter came here to look at dresses for her April 10th wedding. I was skeptical at first because it's a small shop and I wasn't sure if they would have what she was looking for. I couldn't have been more wrong! First of all, she was the only appointment scheduled and she had the full attention of her bridal consultant and also the help and feedback from all the other ladies that were there at the time. They made her feel like a true Princess! They had many gowns to choose from and were not put out that she wanted to try on a bunch of them. Our consultant was very helpful in choosing styles that would complement her and finally brought us "THE ONE" for her to try. She fell in love with it but since it was our first stop she wanted to check the other places since we had appointments scheduled. We had the very worst experience ever when we went to David's Bridal and quickly came back to All Things Bridal to say yes to her dream dress!! These women were my personal bridesmaid heroes! Long story short, I found out I was expecting my first child shortly after I ordered my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was in. I called and let them know and I was under the impression they were taking care of it and upping my dress size. My dress arrived in a timely manner but I didn't bother trying it on right away since I knew I was just going to continue growing and that I wouldn't get a fitting until the wedding was closer. I went to a seamstress at a later date, went to put it on, to realize it was still the pre-pregnancy size! I called them in a little bit of a panic. They were honest in saying that there was nothing in my file indicating that I called and spoke with an employee about my situation when I first found out I was pregnant (even though, I swear, I called the day after I found out I was expecting so I didn't cause the bride or the shop any trouble!). Rather than leaving it at that but offering me alterations that would have costed me a fortune, they were so accommodating. They took my word for it and worked wonders on the dress. I live in Baltimore, so it was another thing that threw a wrench in this whole thing, but they were more than understanding and essentially worked around my schedule to ensure it got done by the day of the wedding. It really did involve the dress to almost be reconstructed. I can only imagine what a pain this was and how time consuming it was, but they made it work! We cut it close but I picked up the dress a day before the wedding and because of them I felt confident and comfortable walking down the aisle for one of my best friend's wedding at 6 and a half months pregnant! They were so kind with the pricing of all of the alterations, I cannot even imagine what the price would have been if they looked at this as a money making opportunity and if they nickel and dime me on everything they had to change. Hon was the seamstress and I cannot rave about her enough. She was kind, patient, and extremely talented. The owner, Cindy, was also incredible and it was a pleasure to work with all of the women during this upside-down situation. Thank you ladies x10000! read more

Horrible horrible horrible customer service by the owner Cindy. Because of a bridemaid that had many questions and trying to figure things out with appts and left a message on her answering machine requeating a call back decided to call me the bride and scream at me. I asked to jear the message and she refused. Also said my grandmother was head strong and she didnt like that. I had 7 bridesmaid amd because 2 were a bit harder she treated ME like crap and I bought my wedding gown there! Then the next day called me only hrs b4 my dress alteration appt and tell me im not allowed in the store and she was cancelling my appt. Less than 2 mths b4 my wedding. Said she would give me a seamstress number but then said"oh wait i changed my mind im not giving it to u"! I guess she thinks she will just continue with more customers and figures she can be rude to whoever she wants whwn she wants. Definitely should not be in business! I purchased my wedding gown from All Things Bridal. Would not recommend to any future brides. They were great for the initial appointment where I picked out the gown but trying to pick it up and get alterations was super Inconvenient. They had no appointments at night or on the weekends with the seamstress. I am 45 minutes from the store and some of my bridesmaids were 2 hours away, it made it hard to get there in the 5 business day time period and they were not forgiving at all. They pretend like they give good deals on the dresses but they are really priced the same as other boutiques. We are fairly certain they oversized all of my bridesmaids dresses in order to require them to need alterations. My mother of the brides dress was over 2 dress sizes too big and cost over $450 in just alterations. We all ended up getting alterations elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that isn't only looking for ways to turn a profit. read more

We booked a champagne appointment (which I highly recommended because it just makes the moment even more memorable for you and your bridal party) with our consultant Doris and Cindy. First Doris was amazing! Incredibly kind and listened thoroughly to what I wanted and nailed it with every dress she suggested, the biggest problem I had was picking just one! Both her and Cindy were so welcoming, courteous, and extremely helpful. The store has a great selection of dresses that are all priced accordingly. Too bad I couldn't give them zero stars. I was looking for a gown for my son's wedding. They ordered a gown for me 2 sizes too big, which they said they did with all gowns. I was afraid that the gown wouldn't fit, but they told me not to worry, the seamstress would fix it and it would be fine. Well, the seamstress didn't fix it to a point that the top fit. It looked too big and basically said they did the best they could. The seamstress couldn't take it in anymore. When the gown first arrived, I wanted to try it on with the seamstress present, but they said that I couldn't return it unless it was damaged. The upper part of the dress was huge on me and they REFUSED to give me my money back. They didn't have the size in the store that I supposedly needed, but assured me they could fix it. It looked so ridiculous, that I ended up having to buy another gown. They made the whole experience for me miserable!! BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

Horrible customer service. Purchased a designer bridal gown that was way too small when it came in 3 months prior to the wedding. Owner was to communicate to manufacturer and designer and keep us informed. We had to repeatedly call to find out the solution. Finally said they would make a new dress. Promised delivery by mid July. Arrived August 1st. Second dress fit exactly the same way. Owner of store not available for each dress try on. No seamstress available in store. Finally permitted to take dress to independent seamstress for consultation after being told " was at a loss, don't know what to tell you at this point." "Wouldn't blame you if you go somewhere else for your dress" The wedding was less than 3 weeks away. All in all very poor customer service, rude attitudes and not able to provide seamstress assistance. Turned buying the most important dress of your life into a nightmare situation! My daughter and I bought her prom dress there, knowing it needed to be let out. When we took it to a seamstress, we discovered that prom dresses are not made like in the olden days. There is very little fabric to work with and the seamstress was appalled that we were not told this by the shop. They just wanted to sell the dress and could care a less about us. Thank goodness this seamstress was a miracle worker and my daughter was able to wear the dress but we will never shop at All Things Bridal again. They are unethical! read more
