Dr. Levi is amazing and I cannot praise him and everyone enough. I'm 3 weeks out, swelling and bruising minimal, pain management not really needed past day two, just a feeling of tightness. A follow up for suture removal went fine, and I'm seeing more results by the day. This is THE place to go for men and women considering cosmetic enhancement. Woo hoo! Wow, stay away. You can make this story up…read more First surgery date cancelled for lack of knowledge. Second cancelled the morning of the surgery for info they should have had or cancelled before we were headed to the procedure (can you imagine) 10 plus calls to get someone to answer the phone to commitment on a refund. A false narrative provided on how long it takes a bank to remit funds in addition to incorrect information on how much and when they pulled funds from our account Then, in just an act of incompetence, on back to back days three week post failed surgery date my wife and then I get text updates on someone else's procedure from this office. Consistent with past practice I called several times to report with no answer and when they picked up I was told no one was available to discuss and that they didn't send the text re other people's surgeries. I'm not going to post them, but I am tempted...I will be reporting to the medical board. I have NEVER posted a review on anything but this is medical and just outragous. Stay away, life is short and don't trust your spouse's life to such unprofessionalism. Forced to leave a star rating to post; none wasn't an option. Scary a place like this is allowed to practice. This is my first and last public statement on this topic as I gave the office plenty of time to deal with me directly. If they choose to react to this post v talk with me directly as requested now twice I will release their txt messages on other persons procedures to further support my post. Thankful we can walk away and seek a more professional provider.

Run!!!! Things are going downhill!!!!…read more Care started really really well. Then... Out of the blue my shipment stopped coming on time with no communication whatsoever. As you can imagine being on hormone therapy and not having what you need is very difficult. Going without medication means insomnia, changes in the rhythms of your body, etc.. I called the office and was told by the receptionist that this has been happening to quite a few people for the last couple of months because of the pharmacy. My question was "why was I not told this?" I was told someone would get back with me but had to call back twice over the next week in order for them to get me a local prescription instead of mail order. Went 7 days without... before I had to beg for a script to be picked up locally instead of waiting for a shipment. After several more issues with my prescriptions being late, I called the office and emailed and didn't hear anything back for 12 days. When I called in again stating that I was needing help, I was told that they had taken on so many new patients and lost a staff member so they are behind. Ok I can have grace. I asked for help getting my meds. I thought everything was fine... then suddenly I got the wrong medication and not the one that I have been on. I called their office and asked about this and was told by the receptionist that the doctor said that I have not been on my prescription for 7 months. I can assure you that this is not true, considering I just had taken my last pill the day before. I called into the office, asking for help and was told that the doctor was too busy to respond but that she would get back with me with some answers from her by end of day. Then... They left for the day without ever getting back with me after me emailing and calling by 4:30. So to recap, I have received the wrong prescription and then the doctor didn't even know what prescriptions I've been off and on. Keep in mind that I have been kind and patient with this process the entire time. I left a voicemail letting them know that I was concerned that no one has gotten back with me and I just received an email that they are cutting me off from care. She also apologized to me that I should've known that they were no longer offering one of medications due to high prices. This is the first I've heard of it. Cutting me off in the midst of labs being drawn. Now I have to find a new doctor as an emergency. I could see if I was unkind or belligerent but this is unbelievable to leave a patient in the midst of care for no reason! I called the friend who referred me to them who is a patient and they have been also having issues with their prescriptions as well. I highly do NOT recommend and am considering filing a complaint with the state board of healing arts.

I had the absolute pleasure of a first visit with Miss Cory two weeks ago and had my follow up…read moreyesterday. Let me just tell you how amazing she is, not only at her job but also as a person. She is incredibly smart, knowledgeable in her field and "in the know" with the latest techniques and injectables. I've been two other places for relaxers and filler - neither compare to the expertise of Cory. She was very informative and I learned so much that none of the other places educated me on. On top of her professionalism, she is just a ray of sunshine and joy. Just smiley and positive/uplifiting as can be. She also has a very gentle, delicate hand! Some of the Botox pokes I genuinely did not feel. I'll never go anywhere else and look forward to many more visits with her! Brownie points because she uses Versa filler - the best and my personal fave! If you're looking for someone you can trust, look no further.

This is the first time I have been here and the first time I have done cryotherapy or compression…read moretherapy. The staff was very friendly and informative. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable. During the cryotherapy, David talked with me to help me feel at ease and make the time go by quickly as I increasingly got more cold. Then as I sat during compression therapy he came and offered me flavored electrolytes to drink. The whole experience was very relaxing and I am glad I tried it.
