She's also been in the industry forever, and has the most glass-like skin on her cheeks, and I believe she said she was sixty-something! I've had LG before, but 1) it's less expensive here and 2) Pamela really takes her time! I seriously can't see the pores on my nose right now, which is pretty miraculous. She is a talker, though! It didn't bother me a lot, since she was was silent during the pampering part that makes you want to drift off into dream land. But, if you're not a talker, or aren't into service providers who are you, should probably let her know in advance. She's totally cool if you're not into something. Wow, stay away. You can make this story up…read more First surgery date cancelled for lack of knowledge. Second cancelled the morning of the surgery for info they should have had or cancelled before we were headed to the procedure (can you imagine) 10 plus calls to get someone to answer the phone to commitment on a refund. A false narrative provided on how long it takes a bank to remit funds in addition to incorrect information on how much and when they pulled funds from our account Then, in just an act of incompetence, on back to back days three week post failed surgery date my wife and then I get text updates on someone else's procedure from this office. Consistent with past practice I called several times to report with no answer and when they picked up I was told no one was available to discuss and that they didn't send the text re other people's surgeries. I'm not going to post them, but I am tempted...I will be reporting to the medical board. I have NEVER posted a review on anything but this is medical and just outragous. Stay away, life is short and don't trust your spouse's life to such unprofessionalism. Forced to leave a star rating to post; none wasn't an option. Scary a place like this is allowed to practice. This is my first and last public statement on this topic as I gave the office plenty of time to deal with me directly. If they choose to react to this post v talk with me directly as requested now twice I will release their txt messages on other persons procedures to further support my post. Thankful we can walk away and seek a more professional provider.
