so I used this service and it was horrible. I was picked up many hours early only to be driven around town for hours and then sat on the grapevine for ever waiting on a different drive and then to wait again for another drive to bring the current driver his pay check. The driver play loud horrible music the entire ride and I almost missed my flight. My best friend also used their services and they did not come and pick her up for hours and they would not answer her calls or return any of her message. And one of the driver complain that the owner never paid them on time. Smh!!! read more

At first I was a bit put off by the abrupt and aggressive driver that showed up an hour later than we were told he'd be here but in fairness also an hour before we requested the shuttle to get us to our 7am flight. He had to pick up another couple also heading for LAX for a 530am flight. By the time he picked them up and made one more fruitless stop and was heading out of town it was after 3am. I hate long drives and always try to let myself doze off if I can. Despite it being earlier in the morning than I have ever been awake for I couldn't sleep. Mainly because this guy drove like a bat out of hell. I didn't want to look but I'm sure he exceeded the speed limit more times than not but he got us and the other couple to LAX on time to catch our flights. Our terminal came up first and as the driver jumped out to get our luggage out and we were preparing to exit the van the only thing we could all agree on was he did get us there to catch our flights! I gave a 4 star review because I realized that I called them for a ride because it sucks driving down there and I wouldn't want this poor dudes job. So kudos to him for getting the job done however he sees fit! read more

Pros: - Drivers are very very friendly and helpful - great price: $40 per head. One way Cons: - unreliable service - Not the friendliest over the phone. In addition: I have heard many mixed reviews (both good and bad) from other people who have tried this service. So I'm not sure what to make of it. I was highly disappointed with this shuttle service. My husband and I flew in on different days, and both of us had to wait 2 hours before we could even leave the airport. I understand there are other people that need to be picked up but according to the website it made it seem like we could leave immediately. Also the Van was very janky, no air conditioning and the window rolled down the entire ride. On our ride home our flight was leaving at 10:00 am and we were called at 9pm the night before telling us we'd be picked up between 4-4:30 am! I asked why so early and the person told me because of the construction at the airport. Then they didn't even pick us up until 4:50!! And we woke up at 3:45 to be prepared!!!! And we arrived at the airport at 6:30 no traffic or anything! I was so upset about the entire experience. The only good thing was the drivers were very kind people, but they did drive a little too fast over the speed limit for my taste. Needless to say next time we come we will just rent a car. read more

I had reasonable expectations when I booked my ride back and forth from lax to Bakersfield. The driver showed up an hour and a half late to pick us up. I was lucky enough to get on the flight. The vans AC wasn't working and it was 100+. Only positive was that the driver was good. On the way back again we were picked about three hour later than the time decided. Traveling internationally for a day n then such a long wait with a year old baby is not easy. I would not recommend this service to anyone. It was like a nightmare. On top of it when you call them they will not give you the exact time driver is coming, they will lie he or she is on their way. They offer to give you the phone number of driver once you finish call n it never happens. read more

Use at own risk! I hate to say, I had the worse experience ever...and I use many shuttle services over the years. I paid $300 (pre/paid) to take my family of four to Burbank Airport. The driver was 30 minutes late, but did text in advance and got us there on time. Upon return, after 30 minutes of waiting at Burbank our driver could not be found. I contacted their office numberous of times and left several meaaages. After another 30 minutes I revived a call back. I asked my about our driver. The owner said one would be there in an hour. I was appalled as we had already been waiting an hour from a six-hour flight. When I asked the owner what the delay was he aggressively said "is this about money?". I said no, this is about a service that was paid for. He never apologized. Simply rude. I wrote an extensive email and never heard back from the company. I will never use this service again. Taridoness and rudeness is never acceptable. I have heard many people say the same thing about the tardiness and late of being organized. Use at your own risk. read more

On September 11 I made a reservation for a pick up from Bakersfield to LAX for the early morning of September 14. My credit card was charged $100 by the company which led me to believe that they will provide the pick up. The night of September 13 a representative from the company texted me and said they cannot provide the pick up. I called and their response was "well Uber can take you to the airport." I then had to figure out a way to get to LAX so as not to miss my flight. If this company actually cared about their customers they could have made arrangements in advance. They could have called me the day before and either set something up early or told me way ahead of time that they cannot provide the shuttle. read more

On October 17, 2018 I had to make emergency arrangements to fly from LAX to FL, with less than a 4 hour notice I was picked up at my front door from Bakersfield at 11:00 p.m. and brought directly to the Delta Terminal at LAX for a 1:00 am flight!! Perfect!! I returned on a late flight on October 23, 2018 got picked up promptly at 11:00 pm from the terminal and dropped off at my doorstep! Amazing service, amazing price....phenomenal company. I travel frequently and will use them from now on, cannot say enough great things about them.....I heard about them from a patient of mine......just wish there was more advertising so EVERYONE would know.....!! read more

This business is a joke. Whatever you do, do not use this service. They are extremely unreliable and the owner(Vonn) is very rude. Your business means nothing to him. There is a reason why their rates are cheaper than others and its because their service is lousy. I was supposed to get picked up at LAX at 5:35 pm and they never showed up. I finally got a call from the owner/driver around 11:00pm to let me know that it would be 2:00 am the next morning before someone would pick me up. I had to go to my bank to get a refund, otherwise I would not have gotten my money back. You will be sorry if you use this service. read more

Worst service ever! Don't get these guys, i would have given them no stars, but I had to give one. These people are so disorganized, zero communication! The day of my flight the pick up time was 6:30, no one showed up 'till after 8! I called the "office number" the lady was sleep talking to me. We barely made it by a minute, so I was going to let it go, but yesterday a family friend missed their flight because of these guys. Never getting service from these guys ever again, and have been warning people i know and the community, so therefore writing it here too! If you do not wish to miss your fight and want to save yourself from having to buy another ticket, do not get service from these people. And I just read another review, below a month ago by Virginia Y., she said they are revoked by the state and she attached a proof. That should be enough to tell you not to get service by these guys. read more

If I could give this service a lower rating, I would. They may have an affordable rate but their lack of efficiency and punctuality is what allows them to be so cheap. My elderly auntie was scheduled to be picked up at 5pm to be taken to lax for her 11:30pm flight. She had originally been scheduled for 4pm (which we thought was too early, guess not) but the driver postponed it to 5pm. To begin with, they were over 15 minutes late to pick her up to and it took them over FIVE HOURS to get her from Bakersfield to lax. If you are a local you would know it takes about 2 hrs 30 mins to make that trip in light traffic and no more than 3 hours if you make a stop and drive very very comfortably. They literally made all their other stops before dropping her at the airport. Keep in mind being an elderly person and sitting in a vehicle for over 5 hours is not easy. After dropping her literally 45 mins before her flight (my mother had to stall and beg the airlines to wait for her), the driver put all her luggage (4 large suitcases and a carry-on) onto the unloading zone and did not even think to help her find a cart. When I called their number to ask about their lack of common courtesy, the owner claimed that my 70 year old auntie refused his service. My auntie ended up forgetting one of her suitcases on the unloading zone and we still have not been able get it back. The owner was just "glad she made her flight." He was not professional what so ever on the phone. This is the worst shuttle service I have ever come across. Please beware before considering this service or sending loved ones. read more
