My battery was bad so I went back to see if it could be replaced cause I got the warranty and they couldn't do it because what they had in their system did not add up . I had to call her several times to get a tracking number after she charged my card. She charged me and then a week later she finally sent the motor after I told her I wanted a refund and after several calls to her to try and find out where my motor was after being promised a 3 day delivery. They also told me free shipping and when it got here the shipping company wanted me to pay $185.00. I am happy there was visible damage to the packaging other wise we might of accepted it and it sounds like the majority of people buying stuff from here are saying it is junk. Now I am waiting for a refund, it has been more than two weeks, in the meantime I had to spend another $1600.00 to purchase another motor so I could get this customers car out of the shop.
