I have cameras inside my home that recorded the conversation of how nasty, unprofessional, disrespectful you were along with you saying my home was too big. There is absolutely nothing professional with the way you run your business. Further proof you were notified. My house closed on 7/24. I reached out to you on October 14th. Less than 90 days. You can add all the disclosures/disclaimers you want; Your work was atrocious and in conjunction with the realtor and sellers to decieve. Also, you did not include in your report all the structural damage in the balconies including the missing pieces. Potential clients- beware and due your due diligence. I hired Nestor Gomez to inspect what was to be my new home in July 2024 after being recommended by the sellers realtor to use him. At first, he appeared professional and explained things throughout the inspection. However, I later discovered he was working in conjunction with my realtor and the sellers to mislead me about the true condition of the property. He failed to disclose significant water damage in the master bedroom bathroom let alone that water mitigation services had been done, he assured us the roof was in excellent condition with a remaining lifespan of 15 years. In reality, a major section of the roof was completely rotted--something that takes years to develop and should have been easily identified. The night of the walkthrough 80% of the home's light switches weren't functioning, in less than 30 days of moving in we discovered a mold infestation throughout the entire second floor. A second inspector later confirmed that mold had been painted over and had been present for more than a year and must have been caused by the water damage based on the holes opened in all the vanities in the master bedroom bathroom(not reported on Nestor inspection). Other issues overlooked or falsely reported as "fine" included a wine cooler taped in place, a broken ice maker, and severely damaged AC ductwork in the attic. None of these were reported in his inspection. When I called Nestor to address these concerns and request his liability insurance for a claim, he was rude, dismissive, and claimed it was "impossible" to conduct a thorough inspection due to the size of the home. He also told me I couldn't take legal action because his report included multiple disclaimers meant to protect him from liability--implying he was well aware of what he was doing. Adding to the suspicion, the sellers' attorney requested we sign a release form after closing to prevent future lawsuits for damages or issues with the property, further indicating that all parties were aware of the home's severe issues. After spending over $40,000 on repairs, I urge you to do your due diligence and avoid working with Nestor Gomez. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I experienced.

I highly recommend Nestor Gomez as a home inspector, he was very detailed, professional, courteous…read moreand his report was outstanding.

We chose Wright Way Home Inspections after researching companies…read more This is a family owned company which truly takes pride in their business and values honesty. Erin was a pleasure to work with and accomodated changes to our appointment when we requested. Steven was punctual on the date of service, proceeded in a methodical and detailed manner throughout, thoroughly inspecting the property we were seeking to purchase. He explained his findings to us using straighforward terminology and avoiding industrial jargon. At no point did this process seemed rushed or hurried. He answered our questions. He presented a detailed inspection report with pictures and a range of corresponding costs to repair. To anyone seeking an inspection, I recommend that you find a company independently without the recommendation of anyone associated with the property you are seeking to have inspected. Honesty, detail and professional expertise are not only hallmark characteristics of any reputable company but especially in this regard is vital to perhaps the most expensive purchase in one's lifetime and therefore must be carefully and wisely considered. We are grateful for the Steven and Erin and will most certainly recommend them every opprtunity we have. Thank you Erin & Steven!

I purchased a brand new roof from AKG Roofing and Specialty Services, INC and AKG Inspection…read moreServices, Inc. in 2016, which came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately, it has been a nightmare dealing with them ever since. The roof has always had a leak that I've complained about numerous times. Getting them to come and fix their work is extremely difficult and inconsiderate. I have had to take time off work multiple times to meet the roofers, only for them not to show up. They scheduled a repair for Monday at 8:15 am, but no one showed. When I called to complain, they said they meant Wednesday. I took more time off work, but they still didn't show. Now, my ceiling is leaking badly in my room, and they are refusing to pay for the interior damages. Had they come and fixed the roof properly the first time, I wouldn't be out of pocket. I do not recommend this company. If you do have them come out for repairs, I strongly advise you to go on the roof yourself to inspect their work. On one occasion, they didn't seal the area properly. If you can't inspect the roof yourself, hire a third-party inspector to do it. Their repair work is very poor, and I still have a leak. I feel they are just trying to dodge my complaint until my warranty expires. That is why I am leaving this review--to prevent others from experiencing the same issues. Look for another company. I am very unhappy with their service. Unhappy customer,

I was told that they would start the work in 2 weeks as soon as the permits were approved. The permits were approved on the 2nd week of February and we are now on the 2nd week of June and no work has been done on my roof. For the past 5 months have been calling and emailing them and every time Gabriella or Lidice answer the phone they give me an excuse on why my roof cannot be started. They say they are behind on other jobs and I have to wait two weeks. Those 2 weeks have turned into 5 months and now hurricane season has started and I'm still with a tarp on my roof from the previous hurricane. It's sad to see Contractors that take advantage of people after a natural disaster. Think twice before hiring this company. Their customer service is horrible and if the start and end date is not listed on the contract then don't sign it.

The inspection I received failed to inform me that 2nd door entrance that was blocked in the kitchen - was a major safety violation. I am now liable to pay a contractor to take down the wall in the kitchen to comply with the fire department or else I will be recieving safety violation fines from the fire department - as per my condo association. Also in the report it was stated that there was a "water stain" on the ceiling which is false, the previous owners had 20ft of wire channeled through a structural ceiling, and tried to patch the concrete ceiling - which is another violation which compromises the structural integrity of the ceiling. I called Rob requesting that I get a refund from my inspection $325, which I felt was the least he could have done, but he denied my refund, told me that he doesn't report state violations and that everyone in Florida blocks their 2nd entrance. I am now liable to do renovations in my new vacation home and take time off due to this company's negligence to report major state safety violations. If this was in the report I would have negotiated with the previous owners to take care of these repairs or would have passed on purchasing this condo.
