She came promptly, evaluated the situation, and determined that the problem could be resolved with some targeted pruning. It was clear she was abundantly knowledgeable and capable from the outset. She rope-climbed the tree, used minimally invasive techniques and accomplished the pruning job in short order. We were so happy with the result, we asked if she could evaluate a sick crabapple sheltering a family grave in a nearby cemetery. Again, she came promptly, determined that the tree was able to be cured, and she performed various treatments, followed by seasonal pruning to be done during dormancy to reduce risk of fireblight.
