This is actually a review for Shonnard's Landscape Services not the retail shop…read more I am actually not a customer of Shonnard's Landscape Services, but I saw something the other day that made me want to send this review. These are professionals. I was driving along Crystal Lake Drive, and a crew from Shonnards was doing some maintenance. I observed their crew using a power blower to blow debris BACK INTO THE BEDS instead of blowing debris farther into the street like so many other landscape maintenance folks seem to do. Often the mow-blow-go guys just blow all the clippings into the street even though it violates city code and is just obnoxious. I'm going to refrain from naming names of other landscape service providers that do this, but maybe I'll write some reviews soon and call 'em out on it if they don't stop. I've even seen downtown businesses blowing leaves into the street. Shame on them. If I needed some landscape maintenance services, I would call up Shonnard's just for this one thing I observed because it shows they care. Thank you Shonnard's!

We were supposed to pay with a credit card, they marked us for a check (I never use checks!). When I called the main office, the man who answered the phone was grumpy about having to write a new ticket about the payment. Rather rude when it wasn't my fault. So when I finally got home that day I went into the the field to check the compost. It's not even compost! It was just raw mint waste they pulled from the field. Compost is well, composted. And it looked incredibly short too! We ordered 10 yards and it looks more like 7yds. Called the main office, left a message. Manager calls me back and basically says tough ... Order from them and you'll need to TRUST they are honest about the measurements. They have no scale nor any records to make sure you get the full paid for amount. I will never be ordering from here again.

I headed over there and found some hand warmers for $1 and a pop it for $3. When I asked the gentleman to get me one of the fans that were high up. We went through 3-4 of them trying to find one that had instructions and looked brand new. I appreciated him going through them with me trying to find the "best" one. When I got it home and plugged it in. The buttons on the fan don't work. The only thing it does is goes up and down and not side to side like my daughter wanted. My youngest daughter didn't mind it doing that, so they switched them out. I got a receipt sent to me via text. So I have no clue if they take items back. So I wouldn't recommend buying electronics here. But other things, yes. I did look up other items that they are selling on Costco app and they were the same price or a few dollars off.
