An elderly couple who could barely walk approached the sales man and asked for dining room sets. The man pointed up and said 2nd floor. He didn't offer any other help. I told the couple in front of the sales man that there was an elevator lift that the salesperson could take them up. The salesman didn't say anything or offer. The couple shuffled off looking for the lift. I caught up to them and told them the salesman would need to take them up. They decided to just leave since they weren't offered help. This place could be a case study on how a second hand store goes from universally loved to losing almost all of their regular customers. To add to that, they rigged their google reviews by bribing customers to leave a good review for a chance to get something for free or at a discount. This used to be a spot I regularly shopped at, sometimes multiple times a week, to now being a place I might visit once a month or so, just to see if things are improving or not.

Monday January 8th I received a phone call letting me know they would call me Thursday 1/11 between 11am-12pm. to let me know when they were going to deliver. 11am and 12 pm. passes and I call the store at 12:52 pm. They tell me that someone will be calling me soon. 3:30pm. rolls around with no phone call so my Husband decided to call. First they told my Husband 3-5. Then he said for sure then he got put on hold, we are assuming he called someone and then said 5-8. 5:30pm. comes around and Dylan calls me telling me the engine blew up in Salem and so now we "might" get our couch Sunday. Sunday the 14th comes and goes with no phone call. Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday come and go with no phone call. Thursday I get a text message asking me how my new sofa was working out. Wait... What?!?! I told him I had not received it. Then I'm told that according to their system that I did receive it. WOW.. Then I'm told they are "trying" to get it on the delivery truck ASAP. Then they tell me they will call me Friday to let me know a delivery window. So far my Husband has missed one day of work waiting and I am missing two days of work. At 12:49 on Friday I received a call that my couch would be delivered between 1-5. They finally show up at 5:10pm.Wish I could give them no stars. HORRIBLE!
