Really difficult to give them such a low review after Dr. Knight and Dr. Nagle delivered my son via c-section. Beth Weisenborn, one of the nurse practitioners in their office was one of the best healthcare workers I've had, hands down. Dr. Knight was genuine and seemed to care about patient needs and was always available for after hours calls. What truly ruined this practice's reputation for me was Dr. Nagle and I can see from the other reviews, I'm not the only one who has felt this way. After my early discharge from the hospital due to my son being transferred to the Grand Junction NICU, Dr. Nagle sent me off with minimal pain medicine compared to what I was receiving in the hospital and told me to take NSAID's, something very clearly in my chart as something I cannot take. After an airplane ride to the NICU and being on my feet all day/night, I was bawling in pain from the c-section. I called the emergency doctor line and Dr. Nagle never even bothered to call me back. At my two week postpartum appointment, Dr. Nagle told me that the pain was in my head and not real, despite the fact that the day before I had to call the emergency line because the cramping was so bad and the bleeding had increased. She aggressively accused me of being an addict and that they would no longer manage any pain symptoms from the c-section. Reading some of the other patient reviews, I've noticed this must be a common theme in their practice, to accuse patients of being addicts and discrediting their pain by telling them it's in their head. A postpartum mother is typically emotionally fragile already with all the hormonal changes, let alone a traumatic trip to the NICU and unmanaged post-surgery pain. The last thing on earth your OBGYN should be doing at that point, is questioning your pain, refusing to treat it, judging and accusing you of being an addict because you needed temporary pain medication after a major abdominal surgery. I finally had to tell her to stop accusing me of being an addict when she had no basis for that accusation. I would never recommend Dr. Nagle to anyone, which is unfortunate because I actually used to see her in the past during college and she wasn't this way. I don't understand how she thinks it's okay to talk to a patient like this but I would seriously reconsider if you're planning to use her as your OBGYN. Her hostility and negative attitude has the ability to try to ruin one of the most joyful times of having a baby and no woman deserves to be treated as badly as she thinks it's okay to talk to her patients. read more

I would not recommend going to do this facility for care. The Front Desk/Billing are completely rude. I had to escalate my billing issue to someone who would actually explain what was going on vs leaving my voicemails saying they are going to charge my card on file without consent. read more

Staff is very friendly and Dr. Knight is the best!! I would definitely recommend All Valley Womens Care!!

Birth control is not always the answer. Come on. Especially birth control that has a 1/2 star rating. Client care is pathetic. Don't go here. read more

Too bad it's really the only place to go in the valley that takes my insurance. They charged me for a procedure that was apparently optional. Not to mention they are impossible to get a hold of if you have a full time M-F job, they are only open 9-5 AND they take a 2 hour lunch! Two of my three appointments they called multiple times to move my 4:30 appointment earlier for their convenience, and the last one that I could not move due to my work schedule was less than 5 minutes long including the Doppler to hear the heartbeat! This practice is such a breath of fresh air. I'm pregnant with my third baby and compared to my other Drs, All Valley is comprehensive, patient, caring and very considerate with lots of one on one attention. There is nothing more you could want in an OB. read more

Terrible service. The office always forgets to call me back. Doesn't give me the rundown of the full risks of taking medications, even when I ask. I've learned more from google of all my risks of different medications they have prescribed. They don't seem like they genuinely care about their patients. read more

I don't have the time or energy to express every issue and complaint I have with this office. They are terrible. First off, Linda, at the front desk is a retched person who is always rude. I am pregnant and they have been my care provider for the full 6 months of my pregnancy despite the numerous issues and concerns I've had. Short examples: I would call on a Friday afternoon at 2pm (they are open until 4) and Linda would answer, tell me they were closed, and if I had concerns "well were closed I don't know what to tell you". I am a high risk pregnancy and called another time with concerns of preterm labor and again Linda was retched and sent me into tears. "Oh your not our patient anymore you'll have to call someone else." ?! Are you f'ing kidding me?! I'm telling you if you value your health and want a health care provider who has a caring profession and treats your health and concerns as a priority- AVOID ALL VALLEY WOMENS CARE. read more

The clinic was supposed to call back in regards to an important test result. They did not call. I called them to remind them to call me and once again they did not call. Then when I called again before they closed at 4:50pm i was sent to the answering service where they told me that they left a little early. Very frustrating as the test result is a serious matter that is time sensitive. This is unprofessional and unacceptable, I would not recommend them. read more
