I really like their text message and phone notifications along with a vehicle report that you can click onto the internet via the text message. They do a thorough job and you know exactly where your vehicle stands in terms of maintenance and what needs to be done. They don't push you into buying a service or an extra service... they advise you on how to save money and if a certain item can wait until next time to be worked in with an oil change, etc. The price is reasonable. The waiting area is clean. If they're booked, they often give you the option to drop your car off and they'll squeeze it in throughout the day. I have been able to use a loaner car one time. (You'll need to schedule this about a week in advance) Overall, one of the best places(probably the best)I've had my vehicles serviced in 20 years!

THREE DAYS LATER , while driving at 70 mph on the 610 bridge over the Mississippi River, the front driver's side wheel collapsed in heavy afternoon traffic. Thankfully, I avoided a serious accident, but it was later revealed that the car's frame was severely rusted--something Bee Line never informed me about after working on it. The part they replaced was the exact one that failed just hours later. When I raised my concerns to the shop, the front desk staff didn't blink. They refused any refund, apology, or acknowledgment of their responsibility. The mechanic who worked on my car had clearly been distracted and unprofessional--he was openly berated the day i brought the car in for being late and hungover, which likely contributed to the lack of attention to detail. I still have video evidence from a 30-minute recording I made in their lot, where I show the broken part and explain how it directly correlates with their repair work. A screenshot from that video was meant to serve as my review photo, but it will not upload. Unfortunately, my insurance couldn't help, and since I paid in cash, I couldn't get a chargeback. Small claims court wasn't an option due to time constraints, so I had no choice but to absorb the loss--$800 plus the cost of new tires I bought separately. This financial setback took over a year to recover from. They did, however, give me a fair deadline to remove the car, telling me I had until "they had to shovel around it." Imagine being capable of treating someone like this! I was so furious I had to leave the premises before things escalated further. All parties involved should forever be thankful my kids weren't in the vehicle at the time of the disintegration of their 800 dollar work. The money I spent in good faith only served their needs. They took food from my families table. It's a lesson I'll never forget, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same costly mistake. Hopefully now this will be off my shoulders and keep them awake at night instead!
