We requested private car service for our family between SJD airport and our hotel, specifically including a car seat for our 9-month-old. Our arrival transfer was as smooth as it could be, so we were very disappointed by what happened on the return trip to the airport: THERE WAS NO CAR SEAT PROVIDED. Because our baby's safety was our top priority, we had to borrow a car seat from the hotel. We then spent an extra 15-20 minutes while the driver tried to figure out how to install it correctly. After trying two different car seats and multiple installations, the seat still did not appear to be installed properly. This was especially surprising given all the positive reviews we had read before booking. When a family specifically requests a car seat, having one available and properly installed should be something they can rely on, especially for an infant. If you're traveling with a baby or young child, I would strongly recommend confirming and reconfirming with the company before BOTH your arrival and departure transfers that the requested car seat will actually be in the vehicle. read more

We have been patronizing All Ways Transportation for many years. Our most recent transfer from the Cabo airport to downtown was excellent. The online booking process was easy, and the communication after was top notch. Upon landing, we located the All Ways representative and waited about five minutes to be escorted to the vehicle, which was a Yukon or Suburban. Our driver, SUPER MARIO, was fantastic. He had plenty of water and beer on hand. He shared a lot of new information about the area, which we appreciated. In addition, he was very friendly and professional. Our return trip to the airport was also very good. Our driver, whose name I forgot, was on time at the hotel and was also friendly and professional. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU VALUE SAFE DRIVING OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXPLAINED BELOW, REFERENCE PICS INCLUDED. I have not once posted a negative review on Google but feel obligated due to an extremely bad experience with All Ways Cabo Transport to warn others of my mistake. We recently had the same driver for three rides with All Ways. On our final ride, we decided to reach out to request a refund due to the inherently unsafe and concerning behavior exhibited during all three trips (only reported during final trip once we felt we were safe against potential driver/owner retaliation). For reference, we had a group of 7 girls on a girl trip - One of them (myself) being four months pregnant. We booked All Ways to ensure we had safe transport in Mexico. Across all three trips, the driver drove erratically, tailgating cars, running stop signs. He passed another van on a very narrow, cliff facing section of Pedregal. He appeared to be speeding. Everyone in the car felt like they were going to get in a car wreck, and everyone felt car sick. Shortly after emailing the company about the erratic behavior, the driver slowed to dangerously below the speed limit and drove outside of the highway lane after receiving a call from operations. This did not feel like a safe response, but actually further unsafe driving. We reached out requesting a refund but also to let the company know that one of their drivers was not behaving in a safe manner. Not only was our request for a refund denied due to no "objective evidence" of misconduct, the Company did not even state that they would do anything regarding the driver's behavior. We did follow up after this reaction letting them know we would have no choice but to post about the experience. When we posted about the experience, the owner proceeded to threaten to have the Google review removed for spam and effectively threatened me, implying something bad would happen to me and that I was somehow desperate for money inventing this experience as some sort of scam, when I simply believed the service we paid for was not provided at the level it should have been. The owner specifically claims that we incorrectly claimed the driver was driving 120 km/hr when the screenshot they themselves sent shows a vehicle at 117 km/hr. They later clarified this was a suburban and "not our vehicle." I guess those passengers were in a car that sped? We later followed up asking if they had any evidence to dispute the collective seven people claiming he tailgated, ran through stop signs and disobeyed the speed limit during other portions of the trip, etc. and never received a response. I further called the company three times to try to talk to someone on the phone directly but was never given the decency of a response. Only email threats/taunts. The owner also only provided selective screenshots of the speed the vehicle traveled for portions of the trip, omitting earlier portions where the driver was driving faster through areas that have stricter speed limits than the highway. Finally, we asked for the speed records of all three of our trips, only one was provided. And no maps were provided for the other two trips in which we requested a refund. Regardless of the "objective evidence" or not, I would think any reputable company would take a claim that the passengers felt unsafe during their experience seriously enough to at least suggest speaking with the driver or offering some sort of partial refund or other concession. This company did the complete opposite, mocking its customers' experience and making threats. read more

Although our flight arrived in Cabo on schedule, a car was not waiting for us when we exited the airport. We were told our car would arrive in 10 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, we were told that our car would be another 7 more minutes. After about 25 minutes we were provided with a car that was a bit grubby. We stopped at the grocery to grab the essentials for our condo and then went straight to the resort--no stopping at hotels along the way line the shuttles. They stocked with the car with beer (Pacifico) and bottled water. We were celebrating our anniversary and they decorated the outside of the SUV with a sign and the inside with heart balloons...unexpected and lovely! Baja California magic at its finest. The best part? Hugo kept the energy high all day long with fun facts, local legends, and "did you know?" gems that made the drive just as fun as the destinations. He was equal parts driver, storyteller, DJ, and travel guide--and we loved every minute. Family and I went on a well deserved and highly anticipated trip to Cabo to end the summer. Let me start by saying, learn and get comfortable saying NO!! And stick to it!!! The timeshare folks out here are intense and aggressive. It starts in the airport and continues the whole time. All Ways has a video explaining that but you can easily get tricked and sucked in -- we almost did!!!! OK, enough about that, once we got outside to the canopies (as the video instructs) we were welcomed warmly by the gentleman with the sign. He had us wait for a moment and then got our driver, Luis. Luis is THE BEST!!! He is friendly, funny and has a great conversational style. Being a resident of Cabo, he is very knowledgeable about the sites, history and things to do. He does so with passion and energy. We experienced all this while enjoying an ice cold Corona!!! Whoever picks us up to take us back to the airport later this week has some huge shoes to fill!
