The instructions as to where to meet the rep at the airport were clear and once we met the gentleman, it only took about 10 minutes for a luxury ride to the hotel. Unfortunately, we had a frustrating experience with Cabo Shuttle Services. We had a confirmed private transfer scheduled for 5:45 AM, but the driver never showed up. To their credit, the company later acknowledged that the reservation had not been properly entered into their internal system and apologized for the mistake. The problem was that we were left scrambling to find last-minute transportation that morning, which made us very late and cost us another $80. They refunded the $80 we paid them for the missed ride, but declined to reimburse the additional $80 we had to spend on replacement transportation as a direct result of their mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, but when a transportation company misses a confirmed pickup, especially an early-morning one where timing matters, I would expect them to cover the reasonable additional cost caused by the error. Disappointing experience overall. But to be honest, it is Mexico. This is somewhat common. read more

First driver at the airport was rude, demanded a tip then scoffed that it wasn't enough pointing out that he brought us 1 warm beer. Our driver to the airport was great. The attend was awful. He said 45 min wait at max but we waited outside for almost 2 hours at the end. When I asked him about the shuttle's arrival time after waiting for 1 hour, he just said "I'll let you know when it's here. I have no idea when it comes. Even the driver says it's in 10 min. I don't know it's true or not". Also he added, "Just email the office if you don't like it. Go ahead. Pay more money for a private ride". He was so disrespectful. We realized later he wanted more customers to share the ride with us even he made us wait for 2 hours. In face we didn't share the ride with anyone. The worst experience still continued. That driver didn't take all luggage out from the shuttle when we arrived. That driver was almost driving away when I just found out one of them was missing. We stopped him quickly and got it back to us.... FYI, my credit card I paid for them had fraud transactions and I got to close it. read more

I found this place and was able to book same day and they were able to take me directly to the door of the air bnb ( in pedregal). Ended up sharing ride with one other person. After years of taking a shuttle to my hotel in Cabo, I decided to splurge and take a private transfer. Upon arrival, I was told by the guy at the curb that it would be 15 minutes. Odd, since in my confirmation I was specially told that Private Transfer would wait 3-7 minutes max. So I went for a beer to cool off a bit, and after 15 minutes of waiting, the guy said 5 more minutes. After being told 2 more times that it was just 5 minutes, I called their office. I was told to just wait for my vehicle. Finally they called a different company to take care of our transfer after I waited 40 minutes! The new driver was wonderful and was able to calm me down because I was really upset at the experience. I sent an email complaining about my bad experience. In short, I was told "sorry but it happens". If you're short on vehicles and drivers, you shouldn't accept reservations!! I made my reservation MONTHS before my travel. Thankfully we had a very nice driver on our return to the airport. He said the company had several vehicles out of service due to maintenance. The 3 stars is due to only the good return driver. Otherwise my review would have been 1 star. Unsure if I will use this particular company again after my bad arrival experience. read more

Had a great experience with Cabo Shuttle Services. Used them round trip. Was able to pay online (I used Paypal) in USD when I booked the trip a few days before my Cabo trip. I did a shared shuttle to save money. They emailed me very clear instructions on how to find them when I arrived at the airport. Since it was a shared shuttle, I had to wait around 30 minutes for my ride. In the instructions it says the shuttles come every 1 hour 15 minutes, so you may have to wait longer if you are unlucky. Up to you if you want to gamble or book a private shuttle! The airport has multiple outdoor bars in the waiting area where I waited for my shuttle. They found me at my table to tell me when my shuttle was ready! There were a few groups in my shuttle. My group and 1 other group got out at the same resort, and I left the others. On the way back, I was quoted a 1pm pickup time and they asked to give a 10 minute buffer each way since it was a shared shuttle as well. My ride appeared around 1:05pm and it was surprisingly easy for us to locate each other at my resort. I drank a complimentary Modelo on my shuttle to the airport. We picked up groups all along the ride to the airport but still got there in a very timely manner. Great driving, great service, great instructions, great workers, great company! After much email correspondence regarding transporting a large group to and from the marina and ordering specific vehicles, they showed up to pick up our group with vehicles that did not have enough seats for the amount of people we had. They did not apologize or try to fix the issue. Instead, they just had someone sit on another person's lap for the duration of the ride. Very annoying for the amount of money we paid to go 15 minutes from our hotel. I would recommend getting a cab instead for short trips. read more

Highly recommend! We traveled with two toddlers and booked private transportation round trip. The SUV was clean and like new. They gave clear and informative instructions. The staffs were all professional, friendly, and kind. Most importantly, they were communicative and responsive. I made a mistake on the departure date when booking and did not realize it until 3 hours before departure time. We arrived and got out of the airport at 4 pm. No one was waiting with our names but after asking someone retrieved the guy. We are now waiting he said up to a maximum of one hour for shared riders. Never knew our shared ride could be from other flights. Sigh JUST BE ASVISED WHEN YOU BOOK. We have dinner reservations so we'll see. No other riders came- so basically they made us wait for an hour- miss our dinner reservation for no reason- except there was no driver there. Really love this shuttle service. We received excellent 5 star experience from Marcos. We had to request for him for our returning pick up. He was super prompt picking us up (exactly on the dot, not a second later). He gave us an intro and history of Cabo (though we been to Cabo quite a few times), there's always more we could learn and know as we are only visitors and there's only so much you can know. Booking was easy. Pick up from the airport was a nightmare. There was not a car waiting for me on arrival. In fact, it took over an hour and a half for a car to arrive. I watched people that arrive after me get their car, but because I was alone and only paying for one person, I was continually delayed. Not only did I pay $140 for the round trip shuttle, I'm now out $150 for the spa service because I missed it due to the delays. I was told while waiting that this company hides their bad reviews. Our experience with CSS was great!!! They prepped us for the craziness that hit us coming off our flight! They told us to ignore everyone & look for us, we'll be wearing blue shirts with a sign that says CSS. As soon as we exited the airport they were right in front! We gave our name and they told us to have a seat in the bar for 7 minutes, and I'm not lying when I say that's really how long it took! We had a private shuttle to our resort! We drove in an SUV with all leather interior, we had an ice chest with water for us, Coronas for those who drink alcohol, and a safe drive. We would definitely use this service again! CSS arrived right on time to our resort for pick up, we were held up checking out so they called us to make sure we were leaving. They were right on time for pick-up even though my flight into Cabo was delayed an hour. For my pick-up from the hotel to the airport, the driver arrived 10 minutes early. The worst service ever, checked in with the company and they told us 10 min the car will be here and yet 20 min later no car and the they said 10 more min. We were so angry waiting around with a baby we just got into a cab and left and now they won't refund my money. They do not have their own fleet of cars they call when you arrive and book the car while they keep you waiting. This is the first car service that I ever booked that you wait over 1/2 hour for the driver instead of the driver waiting for you with a sign. Never again!!! read more

We traveled with Cabo shuttle service to and from out resort, which was about 40 minutes from the airport. The suburban was very nice and we were offered beer and water upon entering the car. They took us right to the entrance of our resort and escorted us out of the vehicle. They picked us up on perfect time, like the said, at 9:30 and took us back to the airport. Our driver back was Marco and he was amazing! He was giving us a ton of facts and information out Cabo San Lucas and also where he was from as well. We will be back to take another trip in Cabo next year and will for sure book through Cabo Shuttle Service again! read more

We booked a private shuttle this time because we didn't want to have to wait and wait like we always seem to do with the complimentary group shuttle that comes with our hotel reservation at LeBlanc. We ended up having to wait over 20 minutes for the driver to pick us up. That is almost as long as it takes to drive all the way from the hotel zone to the airport, which makes me wonder if they even bothered to arrange for the car to be at the airport in the first place. We might as well saved ourselves $70 and gone with the free group hotel shuttle van. We also specifically requested waters and beers on the reservation form, even though it states those are available as part of the fee. I wanted to make sure the driver had them. Guess what, he only had one tiny half-bottle size of water so we had to share it between us. He also didn't offer anything for several minutes after we were underway, so I had to ask. He also didn't apologize for having only one tiny water in his cooler. I won't be using this company again. I picked it based on the great reviews but our experience was a waste of money. read more

It's very easy to make reservation online and once the reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation with details instructions in the email for the pick-up/ drop-off. We got the private ride both ways from and to airport with the shared shuttle prices. Our flight from LA was delayed for an hour and we immediately emailed Martin about the delay and he responded right away and told us they would wait for us. The communication was really good and attentive. On the way back home, we decided to push back the pickup time an hour later than we first scheduled. We called and they handled it right away with no problem to pick us up an hour later than our scheduled time - the customer service is outstanding and we really appreciate that they are flexible and willing to work with us.
